They are very rude, very abusive, it was seriously bad service, I stopped by a while ago to buy and the person who took my order was very aggressive, I do not recommend this place, I would not return to this location.

They get the order right about 70% of the time, but they've forgotten the "supreme" (sour cream and tomatoes) pretty frequently. Standard Taco Bell fare.

Was told I needed to leave as store was closing, in the rudest manner possible, with 3 minutes to spare. Food was subpar - nothing like I expected from any Taco Bell. Service people were snickering and pointing and talking in Spanish. I took 5 years of Spanish and speak it fluently, so I'm extremely upset with the things said. I was fresh out of the hospital ER with a fat lip and a neck brace from an automobile accident, but they wanted to talk about my boyfriend/husband beating me up for doing simple things wrong and about my weight. Will never ever go back to this establishment! Also, "didn't have" the cinnamon iced coffee I ordered.... They just didn't feel like making it and he snickered when telling me they didn't have coffee that time of day at any Taco Bell smh... Didn't offer me anything in place than a fountain drink (which so be it, but the nasty attitude wasn't necessary!!). Extremely, EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

Sorry this store should not get any stars. Ordered chicken enchilada burrito and they messed it up big time and the #Rudest Manager would not fix saying I have to pay it again. Do me a favor and go to the one on Patrick street they make your food right the first time and friendly service.Vegetarian options: Grilled veggie burrito is the best. Please bring it back.
