The place was dirty. All but two of the servers were being non attentive and goofing around. I commend the two young ladies that were doing their jobs and their peers.

Usually the smoothies are really good but the past week or so all the smoothies at this location are not blended fully. Really annoying having huge chunks of fruit and ice in my smoothie especially when they are charging close to 8 bucks for one.

The staff there this evening lack basic customer service skills . They ignored online orders while they were taped to a cart instead of being made . Pretty sad you gotta ask for your already ordered already paid for smoothie and they dont even offer an apology or any kind of greeting for that matter. Taking my business to Smoothie King

I am confused why there is mobile order here and a pickup station if not to use it. I ordered much in advance and there was no food so I waited for awhile, eventually telling staff my name and it was behind the counter the whole time. I know they all saw me check for food then sit and didn't think to ask me anything if they weren't using the shelf?

Service was horrific! I came with my boyfriend to grab a bite to eat. Our wait time was terribly long we waited for 45 mins because they “never sent the order through”.The young women working here are very rude and look miserable. Very gossipy and a lot of animosity in the air. Will not be coming back.

Banana was rotten, salad was gross, and service was horrific. I gave the girl 2 cents so she could give me $2.50 instead of $2.48 in change and she had to open the calculator app on her phone to figure my change. Then she slammed her drawer shut. Don't worry, I won't be back, even for free food and smoothies. There are so many other good places to eat surrounding this hole. Just don't bother.
