Call us different but me and my family go out of our way to stop at Waffle Houses. But this one has the worse service and food we have ever had. All the food was cold. When we told the manager he said it would be better next time. There will never be next time at this one.

I will likely never return to this Waffle House. Empty place and still slow service. Coffee served after I got food; ridiculous I had to ask for it twice when I'm her only customer. No offer of cream, I guess I don't need it today. I love the one in Urbana though

No one greeted us when we entered but it gave us time to observe. We ended up waiting for our table because a waiter and a waitress were meandering slowly around while people waited in line. We waited until Nytia was available who was constantly moving, cleaning, taking care of customers. She was awesome as was Heather; the others- just sat shaking my head. The meals were good. Bacon was perfect. Grits were not good. They should not have burnt taste to them and should be somewhat creamy. Waffles were awesome. Management team needs to figure out what to do to put operational controls in place to handle customers and cleaning.

First time at a waffle house. Pretty good melt. They seem to advertise their hash browns on the menu more than their waffles. The hash browns could do with a little more browning though.

Me and my buddy Rich stopped in late at night.Little did we know we stopped in for one of the best conversations I've ever had with former strangers in a restaurant.Oh and the food was great too...If you're out late at night and need some place to go, have no hesitation.Their Rich and Mike were great, if you get a chance stop in on our recommendation.
