Wow... your employee yelling about my order, which I paid extra for, while I was standing at the counter waiting to have it fixed after going through the drive through is not something I ever want to experience again. I'm so glad I had my food because I think she would have spit in it. She was so angry. It was really uncomfortable. I can only hope she was having an off day and that she isn't always like this. I've tried several times to give this Wendy's a chance due to previous issues with poor service (trying to be patient with restaurants due to Covid) but this was the last straw. I will never go back and if I was the manager/owner I would definitely fire any employee yelling and complaining while doing their job. Especially an employee trying to intimidate or make a customer feel wrong or bad. The whole experience was terrible.
