Got our order all dorked up. Very disappointed. Quickly checked our bags because long line behind us in drive-thru. Would've ordered thru app but it won't save the debit card. Get it together Wendys.

This Wendy’s was horrible I ordered 2 taco salads and after paying and being asked to pull over for 15 minutes and wait they came to my car and said we don’t have any taco salads we would have to choose a different salad I chose the cob and a Caesar the chicken in both salads were absolutely disgusting they were dry and over cooked! I will never come back to this restaurant I would rather drive across town to the other Wendy’s!! Upper management you need to go to that restaurant and make some changes

The food is sub par. I ordered the typical Dave's single, fries and soda. The burger meat was dry, fries were cold and the soda carbonation was flat. I prefer Wendy's to the other burger fast food but I will drive by before I spend another $20 at this place. Such a disappointment. I'll drive the extra miles to go to the West Patrick location.

I was unaware that there was a Wendy's location here. No idea that this existed, but now I do for sure. And with that I will probably avoid this location in the future. I had my nephew with me and we were both feeling the hunger sneak up on us. We wanted to get something and I left him pick. I knew it was going to be fast food and when he said Wendy's, I was like, OK, I'm down with that. What I can say about this location is that it is basically the newest location I have been in. It has that industrial feel and with all the new updates the were heading towards. Even with a new location, and updated look, that didn't help on the employee front. When we walked in, it was odd when we approached the counter. No one was there and it was like the person throwing the burgers together had to remind someone to attend to the counter. There was an employee cleaning the tables that I guess was supposed to be manning the counter. If there was a three way race between the tortoise, hare, and this employee, this employee would still be striving to reach the finish line ten years down the road. I have seen flat affects and heard monotoned speech, but this employee was the epitome of robotic. I had to repeat my order several times. With each repetition of the order I would have hoped that it would have been correct when we received it. We basically had to ask for our cups to get our drinks. The drink machines were basically out of everything. Which was surprising since there was no one in the restaurant. The sloth of the employee continuing their stake to clean the tables ended up ignoring someone running in for a pick up order. Our food was finally ready. It was not right. But we rolled with it. Especially since it took forever for us to get this far. My nephew wanted to get something to go and I dissuaded him because of the wait we had already.

There food I'd ALWAYS hot and fresh! Sometimes too damn hot, lol, but I've never had a complaint. They are pretty quick, too! I guess it depends on the time you go. I like the drive thru.

This would have been a five star review if the girl with the ponytail and glasses not have me sitting in the drive-through waiting for decaf coffee for 20 minutes. when I went inside no customers were in there. The staff was just waiting to do orders and my coffee was just sitting there.

I had an interview here at 2pm today the employees said he wont be here for another hour. My girlfriend is depressed for having stage 4 cancer and the employees cheered me up with complementary food and drinks for my wait. I hope I work here to repay their kindness.

I arrived at the drive through, it was moderately busy I wait in line to get to the intercom to say my order. One order comes out my mouth and I get immediately cut off and he says "is that it?" And I say no I 2 more things. Then it's silence for 10 seconds. And then he tells me, my total and to pull forward. I reluctantly told him that I have 2 more things to order and he ignored me and I was told to pull to the window. Where it was resolved when I saw him face to face.

If there’s a straw, there’s no napkins. If there’s napkins, there’s no straw. If you get nuggets they MIGHT remember the sauce. Order is wrong like 80% of the time. Even just earlier today, I ordered a chicken sandwich, gave me a cheeseburger with some bacon. Lady forgot to even ask for the money, just sat there for 3 mins. Asked for 2 separate orders, both were combined which happens every other time. Most the employees are good, it’s just two that keep messin up. Won’t name drop but yeah.

A Wendy's is generally a Wendy's. You know what you're going to get food-wise. This one is no different. What's exceptional is that the employees sound like they are part of a prison chain gang instead of a food crew. While they are neutral to the customers, when talking back and forth it's dismaying:"Where are those f***ing fries?""How the f*** should I know? That s**t isn't my problem.""Well I just f***ed up this motherf****er's order."..and so on.A mother with a small child stormed out the last time I was there.Why does Wendy's corporate all this kind of behavior from their crew?
