This was our first time ordering from this place and here is our experience: We were very disappointed! We waited one hour for an order of 30 wings when I paid the woman originally said 27 mins waiting time, so we went to do some shopping. when I went back, it wasn't ready. I waited 30 more mins! Once we got home we were straving and couldn't wait to try these wings that people were raving about, but guess what... they were dry. Not at all what we were expecting! The place itself: the floor were sticky. They definitely didn't clean them recently.

Worst place ever. When you call in an order they tell you 27 minutes. They lied, it too over an hour to get 20 wings. Some people in there called yesterday and placed an order and they waited over an hour. They had like 100 orders and they were still taking more. One guy was answering the phone and they were still telling people 27 minutes. They didnt want to give anyone their money back and they actually tried to bribe us "do you want a drink or brownie while you wait it will only be 5 more minutes" it was a horrible experience and im never going back.

Don’t believe the online app order status . It’s never correct.Todays is Sunday and it’s busy as expected So understandable .But wanted to leave a review from previous experiences. My order has NEVER been ready prior to pick up. Place is dirty with sticks floors and tables.

The place was so dirty I didnt want to even eat my food after picking up my order knowing what kind of environment the food was made in. So disappointed because the food was good but to think about it being cooked in dirty place no thank you.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY ON THE APP!!! Our order never arrived. We have contacted doordash three times, called the store twice and we were told by both to call the other. We decided to then call in an order and we're told at 7:40pm they were not taking anymore orders. Are you kidding me?! The level of pure frustration is at an all time high. To top it off, we still have not rectified the refund of an order that was picked up (that was verified by both parties) and are out over $55. We ordered at 4:45 and it's now 7:48. Absolutely ridiculous. If your restaurant is going to use doordash, educate your staff on how to properly deal with these situations. Also, where's our refund? We spent that much on food we never received.

The manager Michelle is rude , disrespectful, and always has an attitude. She yells at her employees and her assistant. She always has her phone in her hand. Her employees seems reserved whenever she is there. There’s a huge difference between when she’s there and when she’s not. When she not the employees seem very happy and team oriented. I only go there when I see she is not there.
