Ordered broccoli cheddar & mushroom bisque...both soups are the worst foods I have ever eaten. Gloopy, terrible tasting, filled with corn starch, just the most disgusting slop. The B&C was literally inedible & the mushroom made me nauseous...DO NOT EAT HERE!

I like to go to restaurants with high hopes that I will enjoy it, but I did not love my experience here. The food to me was like a run down Panera, and if I am being honest, I do not like Panera much anyways. My soup was lukewarm and my sandwich just did not taste right. The service was eh. Took about 5-7 minutes before I was acknowledged. I probably should stop trying restaurants of that style, but for anyone like me, you may want to reconsider.

This was our first visit. We arrived 10 minutes before closing, which we didn’t realize at the time. The young lady working was very rotten to my husband and I. We had eye rolls and glaring stares while grabbing sharp utensils coming from her, which was very unpleasant to experience. I realize we arrived near closing but nobody should act that way towards others especially for having to do their job. On the other hand, the young man working was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed to take our food to-go. All-in-all the food was good and the young man made up for what the young lady was lacking.However, I strongly suggest the owners of this establishment to check up on this young ladies mental health and fitness to perform her job. She could be dangerous to customers and possibly herself.Edit: Thank you for the response from ZOUP!. However, this review was written July 24, 2021. Not sure why it would look like it was written in December unless someone else wrote a similar review.

The customer service was excellent. The food was great. They have a variety of soups, Mac and cheese, salads and sandwiches. I look forward to trying more of their other items.

We have been to Zoup 3 times in 3 weeks ....Aaaaa maze zing !!!We have tried 7-8 items on the menu ,,,, would have them all again !Nothing disappointed us !Great staff making great food !We will be back !

Bought bottled Zoup broth jars at the grocer ... tasted overly salted ... contacted the company (not this restaurant owner) ... man in charge was an extremely difficult person ... our family cannot support a company whose representative has a poor attitude in customer service ... we returned the products to the grocer and do not intend to puchase any Zoup products from hereon ... our experience with the company representative left us with a bad taste.

The lady behind the counter wouldn’t stop with her political rant. Her intrusion on customers personal views in the subject of politics and world affairs was distasteful and unethical. And the above subjects were brought up by her. SHE Was very snarky, disrespectful, while loudly berating everyone to wear a mask she HERSELF SERVED FOOD WITHOUT A MASK ON. People want food not a political soap box. Customer lost, potential customers lost as this Will be shared.

Hats off to Zoups Eathery on Spectrum Dr in Frederick, MD. We just moved to Frederick and I wanted to check out some places, I noticed Zouos and went to take a look at the menu inside. This is absolutely the best sandwich place I have ever eaten at in my 59 years. They also have a lot of variety of soups and let me try the chicken pot pie, again, this was the best I have ever had. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere made this place one of the top of my list for food. Thank you gentlemen, it was an awesome experience.

Quick and Simple...This was our first trip here so we had no idea what to order...Arrived on a Monday afternoon around 1pm for lunch so it wasn't busy...I chose the 16oz tomato bisque and a chick pea and hummus salad...it was brought to us within 5 minutes and was one of the best soup salad combos I've ever eaten! No lie! We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area
The mushroom bisque was outstanding. The customer service from the two young ladies that helped my party was second to none. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Went to try out Zoup! today in Frederick. Very friendly helpful staff. We ordered several 1/2 sandwiches (the southwest turkey, turkey bacon club, the Italian market, and the pesto grilled cheese.) The sandwiches were all pretty tasty, but I had a few complaints. The Italian market sandwich was dripping with oil and very messy. And our Pesto grilled cheese didn't have any pesto in it which was a little disappointing:( Other than that I would go back and try other items off their menu.

Very friendly. Chose to leave their restrooms open and just clean up after their guests rather than close everything up. Very clean, good food!

They didnt know the menu. Chili was cold, ordered sandwich. Bread was expired and hard as porcelain. Some of the meats were gray! Very bad we ended up throwing 32$ of food away and having frozen pizza. To be fair the 1 girl in there was very patient and friendly and was apolegetic for other mistakes made.
