There are many Bonchon locations in the DMV, but this one in particular is the best. Their food is always fresh, crispy, and on time; categories that other Bonchon locations have proven inconsistent in. That and the in-house Kung Fu Tea make this restaurant a must-visit.

Pretty killer fast food. Korean fast food joint. My go to for fried chicken. Since the pandemic they've consolidated in the number of sauces but now offer more Korean food offerings (see the bibimbap fries, which remind me of kimchi fries I used to have at dak and bop in Houston). Service is pretty fast at 610 pm on a Friday, kentlands is busy but not crowded and slow. Ambiance: clean, brightly lit. Location is great, next to Java nation, kung fu tea and other places to hit up in kentlands. Eat here before going to the movies down the street!

I've been to Bonchon multiple times before but never for lunch. Their lunch deal has to be one of the best, especially in today's economy! For $12.95, they give you 8 strips and any side. We also got a side of fried rice for $12.95, which is cheaper than their regular dinner price (but looks like their regular portion). We honestly didn't even need the extra side of rice...we were full from the strips and even had leftovers. I will definitely be ordering Bonchon for lunch more often!

Roach in food :( I love korean food but this is the first time it's happened to me where there is a live roach in my food. pls get this fixed, these are german cockroaches which means there are A LOT of them in the back, they are infested.

Second time in a row that the cole slaw is spoiled. Hire employees that can recognize when the cole slaw has turned. If you ate cole slaw from here, chances are you ate rotten cole slaw. Beware!
Wings are off the hook. Spicy is no joke and the garlic is amazing. I have never eaten in restaurant always carry out.

I'm a huge fan of Bonchon! I love their food. Unfortunately their prices are now too high and I likely will not be returning. For what you pay there you could go to a nice sit down sushi restaurant or get higher quality food elsewhere. I'm not paying 60 bucks for chicken strips and fried rice. Sorry. See ya on the other side Bonchon! It was good while it lasted.

Quality of the food is pretty consistent. I only order lunch takeout and have been really satisfied with the food and service. It's connected to Kungfu tea, so a nice bubble tea drink really complements the meal.

The Bonchon at Ketsland Gaithersburg , they shared the store with Frutti tutti yogurt place . Me , my 4 /o daughter and 5 y/o son we were eating at yogurt place then decided to order to go at Bonchon . When we finished our yogurt ice cream , we went to Bonchon to sit and wait for our to go order , while sitting one of the waiter , she is skinny and have long hair asked us to move to another table without plates because we were just waiting for take out. So me and my kids move to a different table , then our order came and I was planning to stay a little bit because there’s a thunderstorm outside . So I decided maybe we can stay a bit before we go out, I was about to take out my fries and one girl with short hair with lots of tattoo , she’s the waitress and she said that we can’t eat there because we ordered to go . What kind of customer service they have !!!! I was so angry and I can’t control my temper because I was with my 2 kids and thunderstorm outside and they’re kicking us out and she say we can go back and eat the fries at yogurt place !!!!!! So I’m just writing this review to let you know those rude /bad service at Bonchon Ketsland Gaithersburg . And it happened it today April 22 , 2023 at 2:15 pm. So whoever who’s there , that’s the two girls I’m talking about .I should just stayed but I don’t want to make a scene . Never never go back there!!!!!! Bad service !!!!!!!’

I ordered some soy garlic boneless chicken, and it was delicious! I must admit, I was hoping for some more authentic Korean food, but nevertheless, the chicken still tasted great. The location is convenient, due to the close proximity to a variety of stores. Overall, it's a great place to grab lunch!
