I ordered a $125 Tomahawk Steak with Medium temperature. But the steak was not cooked properly. Most of the Steak was Raw. But it had a good crust. The chef didn’t fix the steak even after cutting the steak before serving. We told the server and wanted to put it back on the pan. No one wants to send a $125 steak back to put it back on the pan and ruin it further. The restaurant have options for only one Pasta and meat is added optional. We added the chicken but the chicken was dry. We asked for some marinara sauce to fix the dry chicken. Please add few more Pasta options with meat. Lamb goes over Rice or Pasta and definitely not Salad, but if you must so, the have salad as option. Rio is a family friendly place and this restaurant needs family friendly menu. Chefs definitely needs further training. Otherwise I don’t see this restaurant doing well in the future.

I went to celebrate one of my cousins birthday and I’m glad I picked this restaurant. The service was amazing from beginning to end. Everything was delicious, even the drinks. The ONLY thing that I didn’t enjoy was the mac n cheese…..it has harissa peppers and that’s just not my thing. It was delicious just not up my alley. They brought out her delicious, top secret recipe ice cream and I’ll have to find the vault it’s in. Best ice cream I’ve put in my mouth ??? definitely go to visit.

Waitress was friendly but very casual and did not come back very often. Had to flag her down to get check. Food was hit or miss. Fries were great, burger was good and the CHARLEY’S “BREAD BASKET” was good. The chicken on the chicken and waffles was not good at all, they removed it from the check. Although no one came to ask about it or apologize. The ODE TO SPAG0 SALAD was mainly cabbage slaw, it sounded better then it was. A unique vibe/decor in the restaurant, probably not for all. Just not some place worth visiting twice, better options in the area.

Do not trust this establishment!! They almost lost my card. We finished our food and asked for the bill. Our server took my card. We waited around 20 minutes for him to return my card but nothing! We saw this man serve another table and walk past us several times. I got suspicious so I locked my card just in case. I went directly to the manager and asked for my card back. He came back and gave us the card. There was no apology from our server. Its like he didnt care that he almost lost my card. I dont remember his name but he is white and about thin and short. He should be fired or trained for better hospitality. Pathetic.

This is one of my go to places to eat. I love the burgers and drinks so going for happy hour or late night is amazing timing. If you can, go during lunch on the week day for their best deals.
All around a great experience each time we've come here. Inventive menu that still has trusty favorites. The pick three option is my favorite.Service has always been friendly. I like the decor of the place, too.

The host's attention was really terrible, as if he was doing me a favor by giving me a table, even if the restaurant was 5 seats, the restaurant was empty this morning and the host asked me if I had a reservation, I told him no and he took a long time to let us in as we were not welcome so we left!
Host was extremely rude, restauran is empty and he ask if we had a reservation I said no, he make as wait and after he was taking his time to decide if we could get in or not, I can see from the door that was more than 5 tables empty, we left, we came from Frederick a friend recommended the food, but if the host was like that I can’t imagen how the servers or the owner is, we pass I don’t recommend this place at all

Brunch was great! It was a nice day outside so we sat on the padio, they turn on the heaters if it gets cold. We had a waiter training a new server. Both were very attentive and welcoming. We enjoyed the mimosas and the food overall.
