I originally did a review, but under the wrong location. This is the correct one.I live between two Checkers. One is located 35 minutes away, and the other 45 minutes away in Gaithersburg, MD. Moving forward, I will only eat at the Gaithersburg location for the rest of my life. I ordered the Big Buford combo. I was surprised when she asked what I would like on it. I ordered bacon, cheese, onions, mayo, and tomatoes. I paid and waited about 4 minutes after paying. It seemed as if my burger and fries were being made to order. OMG! I did not mind after opening the wrapper. My burger looked like it was professionally wrapped by Santa's #1 elf. The burger was tall and not compressed. The bun was warm and moist. When I saw the cheese, I knew they had just made it for me. The cheese was warm but still had it's square shape. I could see every ingredient without lifting the bun. It was beautiful. I took a bite, and it was pur perfection! The burger was juicy and tender. The onions were crisp and gave texture. The mayo and cheese kept everything together and mild the punch of the onions. The fries were also good, crispy, and smooth on the inside. Everything was fresh and hot. I don't even like fast food, but this is the best I've ever had. Checkers' new model should be, "We might be slower, but we are the best fast food you will ever have!" I will gladly wait to get another burger like that. I plan on going back tomorrow. My only issue is I paid $14.38 for the medium combo. Why?

We came here with a large group late at night and still received excellent, prompt, friendly service. Absolutely love these guys. My one complaint about this place is that it's cold and there's no covers, which is hardly a complaint.

Fries were so saturated with grease they were almost see through! I ordered a 5 piece chicken tubers and got 3 for delivery and they did not refund my 17.60. They gave me 5.32 instead for a meal I couldn't barely eat. Tenders were old and dry and definitely not freshly made!

I know I only have one picture of this delicious chili cheese dog, but trust me, more to come. This Chili dog was really surprising good, makes you want to eat two if you know what I mean. Now the service is great at this location I do like the fact that when you pull up to order it's a computer that is taking your order, that's pretty cool, then you pull up to the window and food is piping hot. This is one of checkers new locations and it's very nice and clean, something we always look for. I can't wait to go back.

Very rude and bad customer service the lady name Fatima is one of the worse cashier at this place she didn’t wanna take my order she said go make the line again so guess what I didn’t buy anything bc of her she shouldn’t be working here 1 ⭐️ for her go to Macdonald is wat better

This new AI robot needs more work. I rather speak to a human. I had 2 separate orders and all I wanted was 2 Buford’s, 5 piece chicken strips and large fries. Robot kept pushing for drink and fries every time I spoke. Finally got the hang of it at the end. If you wait too long in between orders, then she starts up again. Honestly, I’m I was quite annoyed but the food was pretty good.

They're French fries always taste like funnel cakes and their funnel cake fries always taste like French fries. There's no medium, and it's not good. They say if you don't like the fries come back for some free ones but the free ones will taste just as bad! Everything else is good though.
