*I want to thank Declan for their help. I belive they were a senior technician.I was at Dave and Busters on March 20th and had lost my power card but didn't realize it until today (March 29th) until I was trying to give the bartender my card to get my free food I earned from the D&B Rewards program. I went to the front desk at first to confirm that my card hadn't be found, what had happened was that someone had found my card and transfered my hard earned tickets to themselves. I approached Declan to ask a few questions about the ability to of ever seeing my card again. I had pretty much given up on it. They helped me entirely on their own. Even searching my supercharging history on the kiosk to confirm the card ownership and using the computer to track down my cards history ending in transferring the tickets I had lost back on to a new card. Thank you again so much. I appreciate your help so much, you have no ideas. You saved me alot of money (I'm a terrible player).

Review based on Pump It Up dance rhythm machine. Machine volume is turned very low and placed under a very loud speaker. One of the dance pads is cracked. We asked a technician to turn the volume up loud enough to hear the songs and were informed that was prohibited by the manager. The volume of the machine is incredibly low and this is a game that relies on sound to play. My companion and I would happily dump $20 or more a visit into this machine but it's not worth it if the game is unplayable. Very disappointing experience. This was at opening when the arcade was otherwise empty, so it's not even like turning the volume up would have impacted any other customers.

So I went here for a birthday party. Our waiter Jose (who was clearly drunk or high and also admitted to one of the party goers that he was in fact high) made us wait 15 minutes before ever coming to greet us. I ordered with him I order the Nachos as an appetizer, then I ordered a kids pizza and kids burger on the fly because I had my 4 year old autistic daughter and my 6 year old with me who were VERY HUNGRY. Then for entrees, my vegetarian 12 year old order a veggie burger with no tomato (she’s allergic) and I ordered wings with fries…… the app never came out…. I actually had to ask multiple times to my under the influence waiter to please check because my wings (no fries) and a well done burger (not veggie) came out but no nachos…. :-(. He argued with me that the burger was veggie and not meat… IT WAS MEAT. Then after all of that… here’s the kicker, even after the party host told the waiter checks would be separate he stil neglected to keep tabs on orders. So at the end of the party I waited patiently for my tab…… Jose charged me for everyone’s drinks from the party. I had no issue with paying MY BILL. Kevin the Manager, a short maybe Hispanic man with a beard who also refused to give me his name and I later had to call the store and get it, let me know that because I would not pay for the other persons drinks from the party he had to call the police….. my autistic daughter who was already overwhelmed from all of the lights and sounds had an entire hour of crying. My 12 year old daughter with anxiety had and entire anxiety attack because Kevin who was the most unimpressionable manager I’ve ever known, Jose who I guess I can’t blame because management allows him to be under the influence while serving. I don’t even care to be long winded at this point because this was single handedly the most embarrassing, sad, and most unfortunate situations. I just want to thank Montgomery county police department for calming my kids down and rectifying this whole situation. I want to apologize to our good paying tax payers for Kevin and Jose wasting our time. I ended up paying for MY entire bill. Even though allergies were ignored and meat was bought out and my app never came…. I paid for it. I did not pay for everyone else’s drink. HOWEVER Kevin did ban me for a year and also called for more units even though I was not violent or aggressive but you know how that goes lol. And even though I paid 112.00 :-) the cops and I were all laughing at the situation because how could a business be this disgusting. Then they gave me a fake receipt when I ask for my receipt. But thank god for Apple Pay lol I’m pretty positive it was because of the color of my skin. But it’s all good. I PAID MORE THAN 190.00 in total to this place for this treatment. Kudos to y’all! If I could be louder about what you put my kids through I would be! Be aware as a person of darker color that you will be profiled in this way. This is the very reason they have sheriffs there on standby. So please make sure you check who you are going out with. Because I had absolutely no issues paying MY BILL.

A woman faced deplorable treatment over a discrepancy in paying for someone else’s drink. The staff’s handling of the situation was nothing short of appalling, with a complete disregard for empathy.The woman, accompanied by her children, endured such a horrible ordeal. One daughter, grappling with a panic attack, and the other, who is autistic, were subjected to an environment that should have been a source of joy. The daughters, clearly in distress was one of the most painful things to watch. The heartbreaking scenes played out before us, with even the law enforcement officers present expressing sympathy for the children.As bystanders and fellow patrons, we found ourselves enveloped in an uncomfortable shock, witnessing an injustice that tarnished the very essence of what should be an enjoyable outing. The atmosphere, rather than one of merriment and camaraderie, was overshadowed by a pervasive sense of sorrow and dismay. It is disheartening that a place meant for entertainment could harbor such a disconcerting experience, leaving a lasting impression of horror and disappointment.The most disheartening aspect of the evening was how poorly the management handled the situation. Their approach was unnecessarily harsh, lacking any semblance of empathy. Instead of addressing the issue with understanding, they chose a mean-spirited response that only intensified the distress for the woman and her poor children. Abi was amazing, the rest of the experience was good until the end of the evening and waiting well over 15 minutes to get from the coat check. The 2 other bartenders dissapeared during last call to go eat as they were chewing food on there way back out to the the bar from the kitchen.

Had a lot of fun with friends here and not once. Good food and drinks. Movie theater right next to it and a bunch of different restaurants. Located in a popular and busy area. Definitely recommending to visit it.
Did was surprisingly good and well priced. Games are plentiful and will keep kids happy. The website is purposely deceitful about happy hour: there are no food specials in the afternoon, only drink specials.

I took my children for date night with mom, and it wasn’t a great experience. The food was good, the service was poor, I kept trying to get my server's attention. The glasses were dirty, the table was dirty. After dinner we played for 2 hours and spent $140. This is an experience that I won’t be replicating.
