Great experience at this Domino’s! The pizza was delicious, but what was even more impressive was the service I received at the store! Vanessa was outstanding! She greeted me when I came in (in fact she greets every customer that comes in), and they were busy, but she had the awareness to know when a customer walked in. Additionally, she made time to check on my order for me (without me ever asking)! It’s the little things that make the biggest difference! I will definitely be back!

Went during superbowl and it was packed. But the service was very quick and friendly.
Manager Vanessa very disrespectful manager poor customer service lack of empathy for customers. She got my order wrong and said I asked for barbecue sauce under the pizza as the sauce for the pizza and both pizzas were wrong.She said I will receive one of the pizzas back and 0 accommodation, my total was 52$. Never come here if u want good customer service. Vanessa needs to be demoted and replaced quickly because that will behavior should never be allowed in a professional setting.

I came in to place a quick order of Philly tater tots and it was ready within 10 mins or so. Good tater tots and super fresh! Good service as well. When I came in I was greeted by a worker who asked if I am picking up or placing order.

I ordered a veggie pizza without cut by phone, when I arrived it was already cut, it took another 15 minutes to make another one.You guys should listen carefully what customers want.

BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS A POORLY RUN FRANCHISE LOCATION: It has extremely poor customer service, they price gauge when given the opportunity and the quality of the pizza is not up to par with other locations. Story: I ordered the large pizza 3 toppings carryout deal $11.99. I ordered one more topping (jalapenos) for a total of 4 toppings. All of a sudden the price became $17.46. Amazing right? I asked about it and the answer I got was that Tomato Sauce was considered a topping at that location (yes you read that correctly). $1.99 for the tomato sauce lol and another $1.99 for the jalapenos...I was stunned. Then the pizza comes out and it has a total of 7 thinly cut jalapenos. I then started looking around for Ashton Kutcher to see if I was being pranked.ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE. I then proceed to ask for a refund and the manager got extremely upset and rude. I never once raised my voice but he didn't like the complaint? Lol. He then says to me, "Leave and never come back!" Wow. what an experience! I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about this particular location. To the Franchise owner: Good luck with your new customer acquisition strategy you seem to have alot of one star reviews as it is...smh. I'll be looking forward to seeing this locale go out of business in the near future.
You guys need to update your app/tracking software or capability...I don't want to stand by & guess when my pizza will get here after the "driver's on the way". I'm pretty sure that's an internal problem that each location can fix.Benefit of the doubt, so 3/5...mainly because this is a repeat issue with this exact location/store.

I think it's the funniest thing in the world when places like this at the register ask for a tip. And then, when you get home, you open it up and the "super highly skilled pizza maker" doesn't even know how to cut the damn pizza correctly....shit is a joke
