They never properly toast the bagels. It's just barely warm. Image of a plain bagel with butter 'toasted'. I've been to this location many times and they always mess up the toasting part.

Ordered via Door Dash right away in the morning. When the variety pack dozen was delivered it did not have the two chocolate chip bagels I was most looking forward to. Very disappointed.

Yay! We can sit inside again!! Delicious bagels especially gourmet apple cinnamon and gourmet green chile. Please, please add the apple cinnamon bagel to online ordering. Also, consider a kiosk to order. The employees act like it's an inconvenience to take orders. I'm not sure what's going on with that but it's consistent ha. Yes, it takes awhile to get your order but normally worth it. This location has quite a few homeless frequenting it and they can be loud at times but so far never threatening. The coffee needs improvement. I stopped getting it even when it's free on my app. The coffee was delicious before at Einsteins previous location.

The bagels are just okay, nothing special. They do, however, have a wide variety of flavors with some great & unique combinations. Although the bagels themselves are not very expensive, the cream cheese topping is extra, so with an added $2 charge, I spent more for 3 bagels & 4 cream cheeses than I would have had I gone to the grocery store around the corner and bought a pack of Philly cream cheese and a 6 pack of Thomas' bagels. Just sayin'.

I would never work a low income job, but this is what someone who did work there said"I worked at Einstein Bros. Bagels, which is basically fast food. Don't order anything with eggs — they aren't real eggs, and if business is slow, they could have been sitting in a container for hours after they were microwaved."So Einstein Brothers can go burn in hell

These same young Ladies and Gentlemens for many months continue to consistently provide FIRST CLASS service politely and respectfully to everyone. Like Angels. Seriously though, where else can you say that? Three professional staff are as consistent as the BAGELS & SMEAR are fresh and tasty. VERY FREE PLACES LEFT you can get BAGELS & SMEAR & LOX and a SMILE from the SAME STELLAR STAFFER. Off there is a line it moves fast so try to be ready. Tables outside for seated dining, inside is standing room only. allegedly there is free Wi-Fi however in really not in that that long to even use it because these folks is freaky-fast and i say freaky because they are spot-on accurate, Like Angels. It's all good here, the cinnamon rolls could stand more of that delicious cream cheese icing but i came here for bagels of goto 'Cinnabomb' for those, (Hint: More icing, please, thanks.). I have traveled around this country for the past 12 years as a Hotel Task Force Manager and have enjoyed Einstein Bros Bagels almost every morning that I've traveled between locations if one were an option and this location was THE MOST DISGUSTING I've ever step foot into. I can forgive a morning rush if that was the case but I walked in at 9am as the only customer to 2 young ladies at the "Order Here" counter, one strolling through her cellphone and the other sitting on a stool actually talking on the phone. I was never greeted with a "Good Morning" or "Welcome" despite my cheerful greeting. I wasn't even asked "What can I get for you today?", It was on me to start ordering. I ordered my bagel sandwich and a small coffee and attempted to find clean table, there were only 3. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and the sink was so nasty, I almost didn't want to touch it. The toilet needed to be clean, empty box of seat covers, and the tissue was on the baby changing table. I chose to just use my hand sanitizer in my bag. When I came out, I saw there was a 3rd young lady working who must have been in the back. I went to the coffee station to fill my cup, there was debris all over the counter the dispensers weren't filled and there was no regular coffee in the 3 regular coffee urns that were on the counter. As a sat to eat my food and attempt to work on my computer, I found that there was no wifi and I saw there was also a gentleman working. And while there actually may have been wifi available to customers, the staff seemed so unwelcoming, I didn't care to ask about it. I walked in during a downtime, with 4 people working, there was no reason this restaurant should have been this filthy and uninviting.
When they get your order right, it's great. Generally friendly to customers, but they are often understaffed and arguing with each other for all to see. Will I go back? Yes, entertainment and bagels!

I walk in and give my order and the worker says “ sorry could you repeat” 3 times. I gave this girl my order 3 TIMES. And she repeats back my order after the 3 times. I pay and I wait to get my food. I leave and jump in my car after waiting like 15 minutes for 1 sandwich just for my order to be WRONG. I asked for a ham and swiss with lettuce tomato and mayo. I open my bag for it just to be an egg bagel.

We tried to dine in. We just stood and ate our bagel. I usually get a hot sandwich and enjoy it on a bagel. My work partner met me at this location and there were no tables or chairs. Since I didn’t want to eat a hot sandwich on my lap I just got a bagel. The bagel was barely okay. My co worker got one and when we went to get coffee there were no napkins in 2 of the napkin holders. We did find a napkin over near the side door. They had no dark roast coffee in the pots. So we had to get medium as it was the only coffee pot with coffee in it. This was at 7:30am. When they brought my peer his bagel they threw the bag in front of the pot on the counter which had wet coffee on it. So now he had a wet paper holder for his bagel. I’ll surely never go to this Einstein again.
