Ordered for pick up, when I arrived to pick up, I was told someone already picked up my order. I showed them my order number to prove. The staff apologized called his manager. They made my order and gave me a free soda. Weird eh? Don't pre pay if you order in advance. Pay when you pick up. Lesson learned.

Ugh. Asked for a burger "dry" and got catsup. It was soggy and came apart in my hands. The fries were a soggy, greasy mess. Only managed to choke down half of them. Gave them 1 star for the peanuts.

It's been years since I've eaten at Five Guys, but today I really needed a burger. I love all the toppings you can customize your burger, but learned that sometimes less in more...otherwise you'll have half your toppings falling in your lap. Went pretty basic with grilled onions, mushrooms, A1 sauce, and it was perfect (although probably should have gotten jalapenos). Plenty cheesy and still juicy but not totally overcooked. Not sure how long they've had 'Little' sized fries, but its still way more than anyone person can eat in a single sitting....and I challenged myself to finish them. Fries were perfect, hot, and crispy; you have to eat these when you first get them otherwise they steam in the bag and become too soggy. Cold, soggy fries are not worth the calories! I also remembered why I don't eat here much, even though they have some of the best burger/fries in the fast casual segment...the oncoming food coma is real!
