We pre ordered our food for pick and we were told 15 minutes. It took 1 hour. While we were waiting the music was very uncomfortably loud and we love live music. We ordered 2 orders of chicken kabobs, falafel and lentil soup. Chicken was very dry and burnt with no flavor. It was so bad that my 14 year old who loves chicken kabobs would eat it. The wooden stick brick in the middle due to being over cooked. Lentil soup was all broth and no lentils. Rice with the kabob platter was dry and no flavor. If a zero was possible I would give them a zero. We won't be going back.

If I could leave no stars I would. The service was bad. The energy was not good. On top of that the food was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We went on a Tuesday around 6 PM and we were the only ones sitting at a table. The food was decent but not fantastic. They were out of lamb. The server spent all of her time talking to the few people at the bar very loudly and took a long time to bring us the check or give me more water when asked. It was pretty pricey as well. We will not return.

They tell me the restaurant is not open yet. I look in, the place is dark. I wait in my car a couple of minutes, then go home. My wife calls the number listed on their website and some guy answers. She gives him the order number and he says it will be ready in half an hour. I tell her to cancel the order.Only in Montgomery County!

Thought we were coming to a Greek restaurant. Where are the Greeks? Turned into Latino Food- AWESOME! Loved it. Service- very goodAmbiance- oh my. Where do I begin. First off bar was covered over with patrons doing shots, scream singing to music playing louder than any concert I've ever been to. Stove lights started in the middle of dinner.

Reading these reviews with LOUD music and girls dressing like hoochies, food with hair, unflavored and owner not apologizing to his patrons, makes me think this restaurant WILL NOT LAST. Time to call the Board of Health. Chef Ramsay wouldn't even eat there, I bet ?
Very disappointed, The music was way too loud, I ordered a horchata and by far it was the worst one I’ve ever had, it was so Sandy and I asked for a different one and it was just milk…. my friend found a hair in her food which triggered me so much, they didn’t even apologize…. When I got home I had a terrible stomach ache, I do not recommend!!!!!!

Delicious! I went for breakfast and I have very picky kids. They finished all their eggs and French toast! All our food was extremely delicious! So much better than IHOP. I will definitely be back! The service is great too!! My new favorite restaurant!!

We left without ordering. On Oct 12th, 2022, my wife wanted to be surprised with a Mediterranean meal as something special. I took the family here for a Greek experience and food. I was looking to spend over $100 to sample a lot and take stuff home. We were met with a crowd outside smoking in front of the doors and catching glares. I was there with my wife and my 2 kids. We could hear the music as soon as we exited the car (parked near the light pole to the right of the entrance) and dismissed it as from somewhere else. We entered Humitos and the music was loud enough for a Rave in this 50x50 establishment. FAR too loud and I used to Club Hop. The we sat all the way to the right, away from the speakers, and had to borderline yell to each other. Met with sneers and glares from patrons, we knew we didn't belong. The server came to the table and while dressed to be appealing, began adjusting herself in an almost embarrassed manner to be pulling her cut Jean shorts down to cover herself. We remarked the music was too loud and to the credit of the bartender, I mean server, she requested it, but the DJ literally waved his hand off like "forget about it." We decided to leave after all that and celebrate elsewhere. It is Thursday Oct 28 and I just drove by at 01:42am and suggested new business hours as the parking lot is full and the place is full, even though they close at 22:00? I wish this place well, but between the horchata machine on the bar next to the tamarin machine, the excessively loud Hispanic music, I can safely say this is no longer a Mediterranean restaurant nor a family friendly place. Restaurants need to adapt and cater to the demographic to survive, which is why I suggest they start seeking papusas as well. Might return then with a new expectation. Please don't count my food rating as I didn't even try it.Kid-friendliness: About kid friendly: it wasn't. The servers were dressed to impress the men of the night. Once a server finally came to the table standing next to my 13yo daughter, she realized the table was lower than her shorts and she attempted to pull them down lower, as they were clearly not expecting families on Oct 12 during the Barcelona game.

I had to take a couple of minutes from enjoying my first order from Humitos to simply say....AWESOMELY AWESOME!! EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious. We normally are cautious when trying some place new especially when ordering takeout. But I have to say Humitos did not disappoint. Even the dat gone Fries were good!! Thank you Humitos for making our first time experience one of many more to come. PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR GOODNESS!! Okay..enough writing now back to eating!! btw.. we ordered the Lamb Chops, Combo Kabob and the Gyro platter and let's not forget the Dolmas and Fries!! DELICIOUS!!
