I actually like Jimmy johns as a chain but this location is awful. The staff is very unfriendly and condescending. In addition the food menu at Jimmy johns got rid of Jimmy mustard and Dijon!

I ordered my sandwich online, when I got there it was no greeting and with two people working no one asked if I was picking up or ordering, there were no toppings to add and only one piece of meat was on my sandwich, this was the first and last! For $24 dollars this is all I got!

People behind the counter denied me of vinegar for my sandwich, when I asked them for the condiment, said it wasn't for the us(customer). Just wondering thought this was a sub shop? Seems a bit of a oxymoron if you ask me.

Let me first start off by saying the place was spotless and the staff was very friendly and quick. I'd say they are a slight upgrade to Subway IF you are ok with cold subs. If you are a person that likes hot or at least warm subs and or your bread toasted, do not come here! They do not have any ovens or microwaves...so, they couldn't heat it up for you even if they wanted to. However; i give them a slightly lead over subway because the bread is better and they have some, more complex sub/hoagies option than subway does. BUT!... Far less toppings than subway . I ordered their veggie sub which would be the veggie delite at subway. Here it was basically lettuce, tomato and cheese. I had to request more topping and it came down to adding some jalapeños and that was about it. (One must never turn down jalapeños btw). Subway you can get a fully loaded veggie sandwich. Now I see why they call it a delite... so many yummy veggie! The triple chip cookie was garbage and the only other option is oatmeal raisin. The jalapeño chips are delicious tho!I got a lunch box. It consisted of:The sub (select sandwiches only) A pickle spear , Bag of chips AND a cookie for $10.99!That price point???... Not even subway can't beat.

I was in Gaithersburg for an appointment and wanted to get something to eat before I returned home. I found Jimmy Johns while I was going to Starbucks. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the owner. As a first time customer, he gave me a free brownie. When I got home and started to eat my sandwich, it was so good that I had to call to express my gratitude and satisfaction. I spoke to the manager on duty to tell him about my experience. Kudos to Jeff the owner Drew, and the young lady who made my wrap sandwich.(I didn’t get her name)I will be sure to visit again the next time that I am in the area.Thank you so much!

Regular manager/owner was not in. The guy that was there was rude and did not treat all the customers the same. Sandwhich was made incorrect and it took over 45 minutes to get my preordered sandwhich made.Kid-friendliness: No kid meals

Ordered a whole pickle cut into quarters, received a quarter pickle instead. Too many of my orders here have been wrong over the years. I guess it's time I find a new sandwich shop.

This is a typical Jimmy Johns. You can expect the same quality and quickness here as most any other JJ location. Facility was clean enough and the sandwiches came out quickly. No drive thru.Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich.Kid-friendliness: Cookies and chips to go along with sandwiches. Can't miss.Parking: Parking isn't too hard. The lot is a little small considering the number of different shops attached to it, but you need not walk far.Wheelchair accessibility: Should have no trouble getting in and around.Dietary restrictions: Sandwiches are made to order. But this is a sandwich shop.
