There is no such restaurant in this address! ??

This place's nothing special. Sure, they're better than your average kabob chain, but nothing really stood out. The meat's ok, seasoning's mediocre, portion's acceptable.

This restaurant is now closed. It's now a Filipino restaurant.

Went there on vacation on a whim. Literally saw bugs in the place. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Will never eat there or recommend. They need to clean smh. The food simply didn’t taste very good, & manager(owner?) was rude. Never going again.

Was looking for a nice authentic kebab experience and saw this place nearby, firstly it was in a hard to locate location and it took a few uturns to find so we took effort and time out of our day to find it, secondly we had arrived during stated opening hours and we were met with a cold inhospitable reception stating they were closed. That was time out of my day that I'm not getting back again for to this place.

I wonder is Matt is ever going to pay us. I mean, the staff that worked at the Olney and Rockville location before they closed down. I have the list of people who still haven't been payed. including myself. he owes me 1600. He told me he wouldn't give me anything more and to get a lawyer. Shameful.

Persian food at this place - very tasty. I was so stuffed. The bill was reasonable I would say. Similar to a place in Denver I liked.

I'm so excited to see that Matt's House of Kababo is back. The food is still as good as I remember, the restaurant is just in a different location. Matt's new location is definitely off the beaten path. It's located behind Touchless Car Wash that is next to Checkers. Pickup and ordering is done inside the house, while the actual cooking of the food is done in their food truck (located in the parking lot). Parking is easy to find in their lot, but just beware that it's all gravel.Food wise, my go to item is still Combo I which includes 1 koobideh (ground beef) and 1 chicken kabob served with rice, Taftoon bread, and a grilled tomato. The Koobideh and chicken kabob are flavorful and juicy. Both are seasoned well and the portion sizes are generous. The rice is cooked well and not overly buttery. Love the grilled tomato! The bread is just okay for me, and definitely better when warm. I really enjoy the green sauce, and try to get extra when I can.Staff is friendly and take out is ready in no time. If you are in the mood for a good kabob, Matt's is definitely worth checking out!

I've been a fan of Matt's for several years. I literally ordered Matt's for lunch every work day for a year straight. I've probably introduced Matt's to at least 12 people, and ALL are hugs fans. And I love Matt's food so much that I had him cater my wedding! THAT is how much I love Matt's.The food is always on point. The kabobs are so tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. My favorites are the salmon, lamb, chicken and ground beef. Rice is nice and buttery! The food is reasonably priced.Matt also provides excellent service. He is very warm, patient and accommodating. He's really such a great guy.Definitely one of the best Persian kabobs and cuisine in the area.
