We ordered online on Uber Eats.Burritos were just bad, dry, missing sour cream, which we found in smashed tacos. It tasted like there was something wrong with it overall.Chips tasted old, and there was no salsa.Definitely not recommending this place for Mexican food lovers and not ordering from that place again.High hopes were crushed by reality.No hard feelings.

Easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had with this restaurant chain.It started with me not receiving my side of queso with my moe Monday delovery. I call to let them know, am given a bunch of excuses by the person who picked up the phone, and told I need to come in to get a replacement. I thought it was odd they didn't offer to refund me the almost $5 that a small side of queso costs but agreed to pick it up the next day. Before I could come to the store, I received an email survey, which I filled out truthfully. I got a call from the manager who then proceeded to argue with me and claim that I got the queso for free with my moe Monday deal. Which makes no sense because QUESO DOES NOT COME FREE WITH THE DEAL. Also, my receipt on the app shows I was charged for it. When I asked the manager to look at the receipt, she just kept talking over me until finally she offered to refund me for the queso. It was unreal and this is the first and last time I will be eating at this location. Unacceptable.
