Very average experience here, not my personal fave but still solid. The bagels are pretty decebnt, but the cream cheeses are limited than some of the of a Bethesda Bagel. That said, they are leaps and bounds above Einstein and your run of the mill Bakery bagel and if you're close to the Kentlands it's still your closest authentic choice.

Bagels are good. Beats anything I could get in St. Louis. WhIpped cream cheese is pricey.

I highly recommend Neil’s Bagels. The food and service is great! Don’t miss the tuna salad and chicken salad they are awesome! They also catered a friends lunch event and it was delicious and beautifully prepared.

First time that Neal’s didn’t meet expectations. Came into the store at 2:33 and we were promptly told that they close in 27 minutes. Chicken salad wasn’t as good as usual. Rueben was ok but not in my top 10 of all time great Rueben’s. Had to ask for pickles since they weren’t offered to us. Chocolate top cookies were stale. Basically felt like we were in the way of the staff trying to get out by 3pm sharp. Oh, I forgot to mention the fruit flies/nats flying around.

Very good bagel shop located in an awesome outdoor mall. I like the rounded beige brick path that leads to all the food and shops. Good selection of bagels and other yummy food. Fresh challah bread sold here too.Clean inside and plenty of seating and tables. Also 4 tables outside.Employees are friendly. Service was pretty fast.Cinnamon raisin bagel had few raisins, but still tasty. I recommend the chef add more raisins. So far Cresskill Hot Bagels in NJ is still the best bagels ever made. But Neals bagels are pretty good.Tons of parking and free parking.

I asked for double toasted, but they were barely single toasted except for the thin burned layer on the inside. Coffee is sub par, and there was no marinara. The bagel tasted about as good as the cashier's sorry attitude.

Okay-ish bagels. Order in advance to avoid a long wait. Probably the best bagels in town but nothing like a NYC Bagel

I ORDERED A BAGEL WITH OLIVE CREAM CHEESE & TAYLOR HAM. THEY GAVE ME PLAIN CREAM CHEESE, NO TAYLOR HAM. I GO BACK AND GET MY CORRECT ORDER, AND BITE INTO THE SANDWICH AND IT’S ICE COLD. TURNS OUT, THEY DIDN’T COOK THE TAYLOR HAM! RIDICULOUS.

Bosses day is just around the corner. We decided to surprise our boss a few days earlier by purchasing a bagel and cream cheese platter from Neil's bagels and wow let's just say that my expectations were met and exceeded!! the bagels, cream cheese, selections, the presentation was simply beautiful, thank you for making our bosses day for 2023 something to remember and next year. .... We will have to do it again!!! Great customer service thank you for the warm welcome we will definitely return!!

Came here on a Friday morning and it wasn't as crowded as I expected. Service was good, I was met with a smile and they took my order quickly. The bagel sandwich I got was amazing! I did get 6 bagels to go as well for the weekend and the next day when I went to bite into my bagel after roasting it and dressing it up with all the things, they were ROCK HARD! One day old bagels going hard that I spent quite a bit on was extremely disappointing. Honestly I'll be back for the Turkey bacon, egg and cheese but the bagels don't last. Not sure if I got an old batch or what but it was not good.

So my issue is that they charge extra for cheese on what I would call a fairly standard, certainly not "over stuffed", sandwich. I can forgive them for marble ryeing my plain bagel request but not for up charging 75 cents for 1 measly piece of cheese. Bagels are great, even if incorrect, but the pricing is a bit much.
