food good, but service stinks (2nd time)Ordered to pick up , both dishes were missing items. not worth going back. ordered V1 Vermicelli - came with veggies, but no vermicelli. Also ordered V2. veg noodle soup - only got broth - no noodles, broccoli, carrots, celery as per menu. On phone asked for extra sauce for V1., was assured they packed it. Got home no sauce in V1, not ANY. Only 1 set chopsticks for 2 entrees, even though told chopsticks in bag. 2nd time messed up phone order. Food is good, but not worth aggravation. There's a reason why rating is only 3.4. Will find other Pho place.

Worst pho broth in Moco!! I try different restaurants all over the county and I was very disappointed after todayIt was very watered down and had poor taste. The recipe must have changed because this used to be my favorite place.I asked to try a sample of chicken pho broth. The owner said he could not do that and was very unfriendly. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Had a P5 just lean around and lean brisket. The bean sprouts are fresh as is the line and the jalapeno peppers and I got the noodles on the side. It is delicious Absolutely hits the spot and it tastes fantastic.

Who can resist? Meat, noodles, and broth! Overall - 1. egg rolls were ok. But the dipping sauce for the egg rolls was simply amazing. 2. The Pho broth was good. 3. Pho noodles were exceptional! 4. the meat was good and well seasoned. 5. the fixings were wrapped individually, which is much easier to deal with. Not, however, as much as other Pho places give in terms of veggies. In the days of Covid, we don't worry about parking. But, I do take a star now if our take-out order wasn't correct. So, the order was perfect! Overall a great experience. We will be adding this Pho Stop to our family meal stops for sure!!!

Ordered delivery through Grubhub App. Not a lot of care and consideration is being put into their to-go orders. They are either cheap or thoughtless. I ordered the brisket pho and there was one sprig of cilantro and one sprig of basil. The plastic container with the hoisen sauce had maybe two or three drops of sauce inside. This was insulting. Meat didn't taste very fresh. I ordered summer rolls as well and those were good, but again, skimped on the sauce. There was enough for maybe one roll. My order came to $27 not including tip to the driver. If people are giving your establishment even an ounce of consideration during COVID times and you expect to retain their business...act like you're aiming to please. Add more greens, more sauce and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering again. I see similar reviews as mine so hopefully this place gets around to make it some improvements.

Ordered through Grubhub. Had ordered two Mango smoothies, but they weren't delivered. Had to check my order to see that the cost had been refunded. Contacted the restaurant and whomever answered was very unmoved about the entire situation. Found out that they hadn't had mango smoothies in months, but hadn't updated their menu. No one called to say that they were out of smoothies and not doing so led to me having no other options. I asked for a manager, but was told that the manager wasn't on site and they didn't know when she would be. The food was ok, but I never got the extra sauces that I requested in my order either.

This place should close down. Its a fake Pho place that serves salty beoth and poorly prepared noodles. Gave it a try but will never go back. Wait staff were preoccupied on their phones and cared little for customers.

The worst Pho restaurant ever. I really wish l could give this place a big fat ZERO/NO STARS..... Despite my better judgment after reading all the negative reviews, l decided to try place (believe the reviews) all l have to say is please please save your hard earned money because they surely don't value the people they serve.

On my lunch break today, I thought I would try this place for take out. That was my first mistake. I should have driven the few extra miles to Pho 81. I ordered the P3. When I opened the bag, the broth was in a container and plastic bag. Apparently, the broth leaked and about half ended up in the plastic bag. I was disappointed, but i still had enough in the container for the soup. However, I was really puzzled when i saw how brown and limp the bean sprouts looked. They looked like they were ready for the garbage and I did not eat them. I was puzzled because I noticed that the couple eating in the restaurant had lush and fresh looking sprouts and basil. On a positive note, the soup broth was okay and it was hot. It also had s good smount of beef in the dish. The service was fast, but what is the point if speed is traded for quality? It's like the cook assumed I would not notice or that I didn't eat all of the product. If the sprouts were going bad, why not tell me and just offer extra Hoison, Saracha or an egg roll? So, I do not recommend this place for take out. You have to eat there to make sure you get fresh veggies and sprouts.

Got delivery through DoorDash and it arrived quick enough, but, wish it had been prepared better. They packed it really well which I appreciated, but nothing was numbered/labeled so it was a little confusing trying to figure out who's soup was who's when we had 3 of them. They forgot to add a few meats to the soups. One soup was supposed to have 4 meats and maybe had 2 and the two others should've had 2 and only had 1. Had all the meats been there, the dishes would've been easier to identify. Been eating Pho for a long time so I know what the meats should look like/taste like. Another problem with the meats is they were uncut large pieces that were rediculous to find in Pho. I had to get a pair of scissors and cut up the meat to make it normal to eat. Whoever the Chef was on my order, needs more training. The broth and noodles tasted pretty good, so was sad the meats were so messed up. Also, the crispy rolls that I bought six of were garbage.
