I read a lot of reviews about this place and as far as the food I ordered the egg rolls and pho, the food was very very flavorful and the presentation was really nice. As far as it being dirty, it didn’t look dirty it just had fingerprints all on the windows, but the food I had was really good.

Just got food here on 2/23. 3 orders of the grilled dishes. It was ready within 3 minutes, bad sign. They gave us meats that clearly had been sitting around. It was the texture of dried jerky, I've been coming to this place for over 20 years for pho but it's been going down hill and giving people old food is a major red flag.

Walked in on a slow Saturday. Ordered my food immediately nothing special just a standard bowl. Waited 20 minutes as I watched other people come in after me and get served. After 20 minutes I left. They couldn’t even be bothered to tell me if my food was going to be out shortly if something went wrong with my order. Will definitely not be coming back here. Avoid this place.

This restaurant demonstrates pure utility in terms of getting in and out with the least hassle and most efficiency. I appreciate that they are not following the trend of using single use plastic spoons and bowls. I had the large Tai Nam pho and iced Vietnamese coffee. The Tai Nam presented well with the typical basil, sprouts and lime. I sampled it before adding the Sriracha and Hoison sauce, but found it bland, and watered down tasting. There was very little of the richness of stock and barely a hint of the star anise that I'm used to tasting. The meat portions were decent which is worth noting since I've noticed some Pho shops are cutting back.The Vietnamese coffee was served pre-mixed in a plastic cup. This is a trend I'm seeing in most Vietnamese pho restaurants. It's a no from me. They used to serve the Vietnamese coffee in the drip pot over a demitasse cup with the evaporated milk in it. Then you would pour it into a cup with ice. It was a simple tradition that made the coffee experience a little bit more authentic, with a simple nod to Vietnam's French influence.All in all the restaurant is clean and the service is friendly. The prices are reasonable. There's really no reason not to go back, it's just a little subpar on the flavor side of things when compared to some of the other local options.

I ordered number 12 raw . Didn’t come back raw … couldn’t eat my soupAsked for a container and it was full and no way of putting food into take out ! I told her I didn’t feelLike paying for it cause it was wrong 32 $ it was terribleService ! Attitude from the front lady who’s ringing me up ! I don’t understand stand if you work on the food industry why you cant get peoples Order rung up right .. ask the customer if you don’t understand or get someone who can ring it up and do what needs to be done and always have a pleasant attitude for us who support the local places .. you lost me as a customer because of 15 bucks .. always a issue at this place .. I don’t even want the name brought up in my household or my coworkers to go there .. the atmosphere is nice bathrooms .. you can smell it down the hallways to the dining room .. thanks that’s real pleasant .. anyways I have other options and this is my first review .. go figure .. This place has my heart. This was my first Pho experience in 2021 and it set the bar HIGH. Any Pho place I have had to compete with this authentic delicacy. The broth, whether chicken or beef is unmatched! There is no broth like it!! I've had chicken and different types of beef phos and they do not miss! You can customize your bow or order as is but whatever you choose, you will not be disappointed. The owner is very pleasant when greeting and taking orders. The pho is serve quickly and ALWAYS piping hot. FRESH OUT THE POT. Inside is a little dated however I feel like it adds to the authenticity of the meal. THIS IS THE BEST PHO ON THE EAST COAST

Food is mid. But the customer service is BOOOOOOO!! That one middle aged man who gets orders stayssss having the most ugliest attitudes. From the times I've been I've noticed that he treats the men customers so much better. Which is repulsive ? HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE STRESS he projects it like crazyyyy the other younger people are much friendlier.

A regular go to for me. I'd say best pho shop in the area plus they have an extensive menu of Vietnamese food. Of late the broth has not been as flavorful and I am hungry right away. Hopefully we will get back to a more flavorful broth and I will keep coming
