It's great to have such a bowl in the hot weather. It's refreshing and not greasy, but also full. It's mainly healthy. This reminds me of the sashimi rice in my hometown. I've fallen in love with this poke bros.
Stopped by Poke Bros during my lunch break to pick up a bowl to-go! I had gotten a 25% coupon in the mail so today seemed like the perfect day to use it. You can order off their regular menu with pre-made bowls, but I chose to build my own. I got a half-half salad mix/sushi rice, half-half salmon and marinated tuna, with pretty much all the free ingredients including carrots, edamame, corn, cucumber, tofu, and fried onion.
