Unpleasant, l went to buy from work, and I got take away without sauce and jelly for the biscuit. You expect customers to ask for it. Very unprofessional servers

This location is so horrendously DOWN BAD. I usually order online and they always somehow get something wrong or forget something in my order. They never give you sauce and if you want sauce they only give you 1. Like i have a takeout order of 2 ppl… what am i gonna do with 1 sauce?? And if you want more it’s 15¢ each. They are SO STINGY!! My bf ordered a combo and they didn’t want to give him the drink and he showed them the receipt that they did owe him one and one of the lady's said no bc it didn’t say on it. And he told them it says COMBO. And the lady said she had to ask her boss. The boss came and he didn’t know also… like sir…. But then finally another lady came and explained to both of them that when it says combo it always brings a medium drink. To top it off, when he went to go get his drink, they didn’t even have ice in the machine. Great :) just great…..

The service was good, I was in and out. After getting home and looking at my order I realized it wasn't worth what I paid for it. The shrimp was tiny with lots of bread and most of the chicken stips were thin with lots of batter.

I hate to say it but it feels like if you're not Hispanic the service will be subpar. The delivery service is horrible because most times your sauces or jelly packs won't come with your food like requested. They tend to send dried out chicken when sending delivery

Those ladies who serve at the front look like you are going to ask them. Tirada makes food for the costumers, and a way of speaking to a very arrogant one. Apart from everything, they put whatever they want, in my case I asked for a varied combo and they only gave me legs and hips, they only gave me a breast, they didn't put sauces or anything ? very bad service, they gave me raw biscuits. He should have better behavior with the costumers, otherwise it's definitely not the type of job he should have.
