Bar - old fashioned with party ice is a party foul. Mary didn't offer big cube but had them. I had to ask for them. Had black cherries but made the drink with maraschino ones instead. No eye contact or service after first drink. Food server - we ordered 2 gluten free apps. Both were delivered as the glutenous versions. Not good. Ambience - too dark

We've gone to Ruth's Chris many times and it's always been excellent. This time it was just good. The prices have gone up significantly and while the steaks were cooked correctly they were not melt in your mouth delicious. It's a nice experience,but it's not worth the price.

The service wasn't great. Dishes sat on the table well after the meal was done and waited for to-go boxes forever. Still a great place to eat, just know the service will be less than what you expect from a Ruth Chris.

First time back in a long time and Ruth's did not disappoint! Everything just as you'd want - service was excellent, food was delicious, and the next day we were already ready to go back!

Absolutely amazing food, and classy atmosphere. They have great chicken as well as steak obviously. It's a bit pricey and I honestly feel like you're paying for the name of that makes sense. I do recommend this restaurant, if you're able to splurge a bit.
Ordered filet Pittsburgh medium first steak came out hardly cooked had to send back twice. No apologies. Everyone now had to wait for me to eat my steak as my party already ate their steaks. So that was unfortunate. We sat at the bar and had to continue to ask for service because both bartenders a manager and a vendor were busy talking amongst themselves about thier schedules and what I would call behind the curtain work instead of servicing the patrons. Last two times we have been here the steak and service definitely didn't match the price tag. We will be very hesitant to go back anytime soon. Disappointed

The main dishes are still solid good, but I was a bit underwhelmed by the house salad. As usual, the ambiance is by far one of the best in our area. Our server William displayed excellent skills of his training and experience. He made us feel welcome and not pressured in anyway.

Service was terrible. Had to ask for empty plates to be removed. Had to ask for water 3 times before being refilled. Waiter asked only half the table for drink orders then walked away. When bringing out a dish to our table waiter stopped at different table to address another customer. Waiter reached completely across table multiple times instead of walking to other side. Waiter placed entire palm of hand on face of plate to adjust the position of it. Had to send back 3 of 6 dishes. Had to send back 1 of the dinners back twice. This was my father's 93rd birthday. We were completely disappointed. We regularly visit Ruth's in the crown. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had at any of their locations. Considering the money we spend at this location regularly this was completely unacceptable and will not be returning here any time soon.

Service was outstanding. Not once did we call the attention of our server. We like that the servers wear ties. our steak was done right. Food was delicious. We will certainly come back.

Can't go wrong with a nice steak. We decided to go with the Tomahawk for two and could not finish the meal. Thanks again Ruthie for another great meal.
