Worst customer service ever! I ordered a traveler coffee at 6:32am wait time was shown as 3-8min at 6:40am I get a notification that my order is ready so I head to the store by 6:45am. The lady who was making orders said my order was not ready. I said I got a notification that it was ready her reply was “oh I don’t know who pushed the ready button but we dint do it. We are very busy right now and the order is very big so it will take 10 min”. Since I was getting late for work I told her to hurry up her reply was “I can give you a refund if you don’t want it”. She was super rude and pretended that it was my fault for coming on time to get the order.

Today my experience at this Starbucks was fantastic. One plus one offer happening here . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello from the barista behind the counter. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, with the smell of freshly brewed coffee filling the air.I decided to try their famous mocha cookie crumble and strawberry crepe Frappuccino , as it was the perfect fall beverage to enjoy on a chilly afternoon. I was not disappointed – the drink was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced with just the right amount of sweetness. It was the perfect pick-me-up that I needed to get through the rest of my day. The saddest thing think offer valid for one day only till 6pm. The staff at Starbucks was also top-notch. They were attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable. I watched as they interacted with other customers, and it was clear that they were dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
My wife and I went to this location at 10:30 and tried to order food, first they said they have a certain sandwich then said they don't have it and the cash register was laughing. Then tried to order a different breakfast sandwich and they didn't have it and she was laughing. Plus our kids were in the back listening.Very unprofessional service.We went to the bagel shop next door and the service a lot of more friendly and professional.

The location is really good! Nice baristas. Good coffee. And there wasn’t much waiting… Although it was 7 o’clock at night on a Sunday. But overall good experience!

I like this location. It's not my go-to but my nail shop is close. The few times I've been the service is good. I've done both in person and mobile orders and never any issues. Drinks are always well made. The wait is never long. It's not big in here. A few seats, but there is a drive-thru. The shopping center is very busy and the parking spaces are tight! I'll continue coming here if I'm nearby!

Let me tell you, I’ve never had a better Starbucks experience till I came to this particular Starbucks location. What made it so good was this one barista named Sara. If your at this location ask for Sara because she’s the most sweetest Starbucks employee I’ve encountered while others give me an attitude she also makes the most delicious and spot on drinks, I’ve never had Starbucks this good, she knows how to make drinks, I come at least once a week, and her in particular NEVER disappoints!
