I placed an online order that was received according to the online system and when I came to pick up my order they said they were closed. It was a little after 8 PM and the store doesn't close until 11 PM. They were cleaned up and the kitchen was closed down. They said they didn't receive any orders. When I called back when my confirmation email, they said a refund can be issued and the funds will take two days. Interesting because they never received an order in the first place but they can magically issue a refund. Very poor service...

We ordered two regular meals, one chicken and one lamb. We were given generous portions. We liked chicken better. The person attending to us asked multiple times if were wanted things. Very generous.

Quantity going way more less and less. They push customers to pay extra $2 for half scoop of rice!
Blessed to have halal food here but I don't understand when you already charge $12 then why extra to put something on it. If you ask them to put anything little extra, they will ask $1, $2 extra. Also bread we're cold Everytime.When people pay them they deserve to get fresh food.

Ok! So....always open to trying something new. Now mind you, I love some Greek & Mediterranean food. Logged onto Uber eats, ordered the chicken plate with rice. Lots of rice (orange rice) in the plate with a decent amount of chicken ??. Maybe next time I'll request half the rice, I couldn't eat it all in one sitting nor did I want to. Was a pleasant meal. I'd like to try in dining experience next time while trying the falafe.

there was a female staff on her phone, the the male staff asked for her to come and help, and she continued to sit there on her phone. She got up and start helping without even washing her hands. When dealing with food, you have to use cleanliness who knows where her phone was or what did she touch while handling her phone and now you’re handling peoples food this is not the proper conduct of food handling

I went today at 12:49 to the halal guys at Gaithersburg and I heard the restaurant from New York I was like let me try it and I went there there is big lady she was totally rude not satisfied with service and I ask for manger she told me that Iam the manger. She should be fired not professional manger. She never smile and she look at me in weird way. The food taste was decent but need little more work.
