Unique experience for a special occasion.Vegetarian options: There is a veggie option. But if you're dining with people who aren't veg, realize you'll be sharing a single fondue pot.

Very nice restaurant to go with your significant other or a group of friends. The bathrooms are a little dated and lacking on basic things like hand dryer and soap dispenser that was not removable and tacky looking. The food, on the other hand, was amazing. Being me and my partners first time here, we ordered the 4 course dinner for two. Every step of the way did not lack in flavor or presentation. The cheese was not my favorite part, and the California salad was way better than expected but rather the variety of meats you are able to make. The chocolate fondue was good with the fruit and waffle but seemed to be a bit much with the other things. All around, I have a great experience for about $200. I would highly recommend and plan to go again, myself.Parking: Parking is awful, they share a lot with other businesses in the outlet and we had to walk from almost other side of building due to no parking.

I’ve been here quite a few times. It’s mine and my partners “go to” anniversary restaurant. Today we came in and Lenox was our server. Not only was the food great (as always) but Lenox was so sweet and funny and exuberant. If he decides to stop serving someday, he for sure could have a career in stand up.

Had a rocky start with first ordering. My girlfriend and I actually had our meal all planned out ahead of time and knew exactly what we were ordering, even had reservations for the exact meal that we wanted and everything. However, when we went to order our very first item, the waitress seemed confused on what we were even talking about. She then informed us that they were doing a special Valentine's themed dinner only that day. A little disappointed we then received said menu, only for the waitress to come back a few minutes later clearly flustered and apologizing to us saying that that was wrong again, and the original menu we were ordering was actually the correct one. Okay. Got our food going and they came out with our fondue, only for the waitress to leave and not bring us any silverware or forks to use to dio the fondue in. I had to flag down another busy waitress just to get our silverware while our food sat. Come to our next course, and we both decided since it was a nice dinner to have a drink or two. Our first round of drinks came out along with our next course. Finished both drinks and food. My girlfriend wanted another, just a simple bottled beer. The waitress said she'd be right back with it and we started our next course. 3 different times she came back around asking "did she give you your drink?" The whole time wondering who SHE was, since our waitress was the one who brought us our first round. Finishing up our last course, never receiving her drink, the waitress FINALLY comes back with a drink, however it wasn't even remotely close to what was ordered. Seeming flustered and confused she asked if we still wanted the beer, which at that point we were having dessert, and maybe a little picky for her/us I don't like drinking with sweets. Disappointed of course, she dropped off the check and at that point we both used the restroom and waited a total of 20 mins, and she never returned. So we took the ticket up to the register in the front lobby, and waited another 10 mins. Finally the waitress comes back to our table I see from afar. Get everything settled and paid for. Unfortunately I would've given a complete 5 stars review, however the service/waitress was just hectic and seemed misinformed/inexperienced. The food WAS AMAZING!!! The Wisconsin cheese fondue, the red wine and scallion broth served with meats to cook to our preference, as well as the white chocolate fondue with all the dessert treats, oeh phenomenal. Will definitely still come back in the near future, just hoping for more organized service next time. Especially since we had reservations and our meal planned with said reservations 3 weeks prior to our actual date.

Me and my husband go every year for Valentine's Day for the last 7 years. This year they only used a strict menu. I was very unhappy that I booked my table BEFORE I got an email stating that's what they were doing. We have always been given the option to follow the main menu or chose something off the select Valentine's menu. There was also an advertisement on the table for a special that was $52/person and stated it was available all days on February which it was not. The 10th isn't even the week of Valentine's Day, we live 2 hours away and wanted to be able to chose from the menu. We had a reservation and didn't get sat til 15 minutes after our allowed time where we only were given 2 hours to have our meal. Our service was slow and we received everything late when asked. While we were not asked to leave, we were given our check before we even were finished our dessert. We have always chosen this location, but I was very unhappy with our visit. The staff that were waiting to seat people seemed very unorganized and were not apologetic of the late seating. While I understood it's a busy time, that doesn't mean to treat your customers that their time is not important.

The quality of service has declined. Our server didn't explain the process to those at the table who were unfamiliar. We got a “scan the QR code” and walked away. I'm unsure if Melting Pot is no longer training to the same standard or if our server was subpar. Either way, it dashed a good part of the experience.

Linux our server was amazing!! Made our experience very special. My wife is vegan and he made sure her dietary needs were met. He was attentive but not disruptive. We had so much fun we are going again this Friday!

This was by far our worst trip to this location. We cancelled reservations at Ruth's Chris for this night and it was awful. Has management changed? We have been coming for over 10 years and tonight on my husband's birthday.First, walking in the hostess and host at the front were chatting and looking at their phones. The girl had a crop top on with a skirt. You could see her stomach sticking out. When escorted to our table the host tried to seat us at a small table. 2 adults and 2 teens. I asked him if we could sit at another table (like we usually do with that many) with 2 burners. He said no that was just for 5 tops. Not true we were ordering 2 sets of experiences so that wouldn't have worked. I told him the table with one burner was too small he didn't care. There was no room at the table for our coats (considering it was 18 degrees out). I walked up to the hostess who now had her mirrors out and was doing her makeup and asked if she could help hang my coat in the coat room. I pointed to the room that's always been the coat room and she said. "We don't put coats in there , it's for supplies." I asked if they had another coat area? No. I returned to our small table and my husband asked why we were seated there (he had gone straight to the restroom) I told him the host wouldn't let us sit at the 2 burner table even though I asked. Where were we supposed to put our coats???? He went back up to the front asked again if we could move to the two burner table with more room, reluctantly they sat us there. The host and hostess are unacceptable people for the front lines of a restaurant. Also to add our reservation had notes stating it was my husband's birthday. From then on one disappointment after another. Our waiter Ken was much more pleasant and friendly. The bar drinks took painstakingly long. These were the issues with our meal. Cheese- we asked for an extra portion of cheese (which we were going to pay for) never received it.-dippers were meh not so many items kind of like a kids portion. -the cheese tasted pretty good.-after the cheese was served my husband finally got his drink. Salads-No complaints. They were fine. Drinks- halfway through the 2 hour dinner my son remembered he never got his iced tea. The manager was coming by (I'm guessing the lady with the blond hair) and we asked for his drink. I also ordered another drink from the bar. He got his tea......waited longer for the bar.................Main meal--Green Goddess sauce particularly but mostly all of them were runny and watery and wouldn't "stick" to the proteins. Gross. -Vegetables were all FROZEN..... do you know how long a frozen potato takes to cook in a fondue pot with other items?? - No drawn butter with the lobster. This used to be standard. Meal finished. Dessert being served finally my second drink came. I thought the manager forgot about it I just didn't want it to be on the bill. The bartender asked if I ordered it I said "yes 20 mins ago." He said "let me talk to the manager." I said, "I ordered it with the manager. We thought she forgot it." Who wants a vodka tonic with chocolate fondue? Dessert--most items were FROZEN. Who wants to eat a frozen brownie dipped in chocolate?? -One star given because our server wasn't bad and made my husband a plate with happy birthday on it which was a nice touch but the brownie was in fact frozen. My husband was very disappointed and said we should have gone to Ruth's Chris. A complete let down. We've met the owner of this place a few times before, but after our experience it must have been rebought by someone else because he would have never let a dinner like that happen. We won't ever return. Terrible attitudes by the front staff. If you can't hire people to look up from their phones the rest of the place can't be trusted either.

My girlfriends and I haven't been to MP in a while. But seems like not much has changed as far as menu and such. Our waiter was very nice explained everything. You do get a lot of food so the value is decent. I'd like to see just plain meats marinated in s/p instead of Teriyaki or other flavors. The Paloma from the bar was delicious!

There was 4 of us and we were sat at a table with one burner. Had to switch tables and sat with our coats on through half of the meal as cold air was blowing on us. After asking twice, they turned the air back. Server was polite and friendly. Food was good. Say very low in the booth. Had a dirty plate and seat had crumbs on it. Also got the birthday balloon package. Expensive and a sorry balloon package. One balloon broke before they sat us and asked if we wanted another one after we sat down. Should have just done it without asking for the price. Other than that it was not too bad an experience.

Waste of an evening! Our burner kept going out and the manager claimed to have fixed it. When it continued to go out they refused to move us to another table. No thanks on the undercooked raw dinner and bad service!
