How can you be closed on a Sunday?! Weekends are the best days for restaurants. Guess I’ll never know if the food is good because they are closed today (Sunday). Ridiculous

Did a pick up order. The Steak sandwich was really really good and whatever bread they used was really good too. Empanadas were good but nothing special in my opinion, however I wasn't a huge fan of the dip, which seemed to be just sour cream. Calamari was decent but I wouldn't pay $11 for it again. Overall, pretty nifty little spot.

I've been a customer here since 2005. They kindly remember me which is nice. Best part is the food which is much better than the unassuming strip mall location. You just have to try them.

We've been here multiple times, ordered different choices from the menu every time & never disappointed. The server is always so friendly & accommodating. My friend says he's been to many Peruvian restaurants & none are as good as this one. This place is so underrated!! Hope we can spread the word so others can understand how fresh food tastes?

This quaint establishment was casual and provided a family-type of atmosphere. The employees were very kind and the service was very quick. We started with the beef and chicken empanadas and tamale. Flavor was good, but I wish the empanadas were crispier. The tamale was okay, the filling was lacking and it was a little difficult to pinpoint any kind of flavor. My husband's steak was inconsistent in the cook and the French fries lacked salt. The bite of steak I had was delicious and the fries were salty enough for my husband. The ropa vieja was delicious, but again, could use more seasoning. The meat was tender but crispy on the outside and paired with black beans, rice, and plantains, it was a tasty combination both flavor-wise and texture-wise. We would come back to expand our exposure to Peruvian food.

The salmon dinner entree is awesome! Huge piece of salmon grilled and your choice of two sides. I always go with black beans and rice with fries

This place is great. I drive by it so many times but never stopped in. That all changed this morning! I met a colleague there for breakfast and it didn't disappoint at all. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our table was even changed without us requesting because the owner felt like we'd be more comfortable at a bigger table. He was right about that. We got some coffee and it came out so quick and it was definitely hot and freshI had the shrimp and spinach omelet with rice and sausage links. It was so good. I never thought to have rice with breakfast but it worked. Definitely delicious. Now I need to make it a point to go back for lunch or dinner and check out other menu items.Fast and friendly service with delicious food. What more could you ask for?!?

I am Peruvian and I took 4 tamales to take away $8 each expensive for a tamale with bad taste, too much maseca and it looked like a greasy puree OMG if this is how the tamale is, what will the rest be like?

I absolutely love this place. I read some of the 1 star reviews out of curiosity and they are legit lying. I come here for dinner at least 2 or 3 times a week and have never had a problem.

I've been to this spot plenty of times but it's been a long time I had The Nibbler. I wanted to treat myself and wanted some homemade food. I placed a phone order which I was able to make a special request. Food - OMG!!!!! Still delicious and amazing as I've imagined and as if nothing changed but only improved. Lomo Saltado - This normally comes with steak but I was able to substitute for shrimp since I'm a pescatarian. It comes with white rice, onions, roasted tomatoes, fries and super tasty sauce base. When I say this is GRRRREAT, it's beyond that! Fresh, hot, tasty, delicious, filling and just that damn good. I added avocado myself since they didn't have any that day. Service - Above & Beyond Excellent!!! The staff was so accommodating to my requests and needs. Super sweet and kind as if they were real family. This alone was worth the drive. Ambiance - This spot is super cute, tiny yet cozy home vibes. It feels like you're in someone's mommas or grandmas kitchen literally.

Ropa Vieja was dry and had no sauce. I was surprised that it was done with brisket, which is fine but the flavor was not like typical Ropa Vieja. There were very little tomato and onion in it as well.

Vegetarian options: Most dishes on the menu can be made vegetarian all you have to do is ask the chef. I had a tallarine saltado made vegetarian and it was delicious!!! The mild and hot sauce are vegan as well.
