Order a meal that included chicken nuggets and a burger and fries. Went through the drive thru and when I went to get my chicken nuggets out of the bag, the chicken nuggets were missing. Normally I go to the Wendy's in Rockville and never had a problem. Came here for the first time and they screw up my order. Tried to call them and no one answers the phone.

There is a manager named Gricelda, very rude and unfriendly. She doesn’t like educated people and she give them hard time.She sometimes Prefers bullying. She hires people ,she needs or ni need,doesnt guarantee hour. Anita is another negative character. She slaps her co worker. Also their place is naWendys doesn’t care about the reviews. They are worst.

Kudos to the awesome drive through lady working after 10:00 p.m. and not only does she take your order then you drive up to the window and you pay her and you pull forward to the door and in a few moments she will bring out your food and hand it to you through the window of your car. 100 percent Respect to the "Wendy's drive thru wonder woman"
Way less crowded than McDonald's, food is always fresh. Never had a bad experience at this Wendy's and it's perfect to go to after school. Only small issue I've had is with mobile orders sometimes showing up on the board but you can just go up and ask about it. Kind staff, but the school students that come after school ruin the mood a little bit.Parking: Parking is depending on when you go. Go before or after school and it's HELL. Go any other time and you're perfectly fine.

When it comes to delivery they don’t get the orders right.I made a delivery and they didn’t send my complete order and I ask what can they do about it and the lady said you have to come to the restaurant and get it yourself. Like it hasn’t cross over her mind that if I ask for a delivery order is because I don’t have a car to get there or because I can’t go out at the moment where the order was made.You should have better costumer service and better solution, she didn’t want to give me a refund either.She was just acting like a she didn’t care about it and it’s her job to care.Maybe Wendy’s should have better employees.

Look it's fast food and yes the food is better than McDonald's but order accuracy is non existent,it's so bad that I try not to go here at all don't get me wrong they have moments where they are on point but those times are few an far between

Even though they were "officially" closed for the evening by a few minutes, and after describing my day, the Wendy's team member asked me "What can I get you?" It was an act of kindness and professionalism that won't be forgotten -- thank you for your consideration
