The corn is undercooked, the meatloaf tastes like dog food the steamed broccoli tastes like it sat all day..the chicken is dry...711 puts this to shameThe sweet potatoes are under cooked and I paid $60 for this meal...I've eaten MREs that taste better than this. No wonder this place is always dead...im surprised their still in business. They bagged my meal to-go without asking me.

My ordered was supposed to be ready at 3:22pm and they handed to me at 4:02 pm and there were 9 other people waiting for there orders. The staff us unprofessional and was confused with the orders. The place was not clean and the manager I'm assuming was a white short guy with no respect. Thus place need structure. The food was not up to par. The side salad lettuce had a bad smell to it. Thus place should be closed down until a better management team take over

I have never seen such a messed up store. I placed my order for the thanksgiving holiday. When I got there at 2:16pm the store was packed already. The lady that was “checking” people in was a lost cause. Total lack of communication. Then she started arguing with people who had been waiting for at least an hour to get their orders. I was still there THREE hours later with the promise my order is getting done now. After three hours of waiting I asked to cancel and refund my order. Of course I still got charged not gonna pay for something I did not receive. Be careful when you order from this place. They are very unprofessional

Customer service was worst I have experienced in 46 years! Waited 15 minutes with place empty before I was even spoke too! Manager on a personal phone call and was lied to saying it was an employee. Ordered two pot pies was told I had to wait another 20 minutes and keep in mind I just picked up my Mother from hospital and all she wanted was Boston market after 15 days in hospital. And 3 people came after me on drive threw and left before I even placed my order! Asked your refund and left . Also 4 additional people walked in and out after witnessing both employees on phone talking over the food with no mask or hair net. I don't give them long before they close the doors !

As my daughter was scooping some mashed potatoes onto her plate she noticed something in the mashed potatoes, it was some sort of broken nail or a broke large staple.As soon as my daughter brought it to my attention, I took the mashed potatoes back up there and demanded to speak to the manager. Told her what happened, she didn’t seem very concerned, wasn’t very apologetic, but did give us a a refund.There’s a 0% chance we’ll ever give them our business again! SMH

Don't even know how this place is still open. No customers, employees lounging in dining area with their feet propped up, and out of half of the menu. Didn't even have bread for their sandwiches. Just some gross looking rolls. Waste of time to even stop.
