Huge shout out to Nasir, his customer service skills are impeccable. I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so . Friendly, Great service, greeted me with a smile. He did everything right in the service industry. I'll definitely be returning.

Expensive, pretty slow, terribly plain sandwiches with bad bread. Tomatoes were still half frozen.Go to another sandwich shop or even a grocery store tbh and get a much better sandwich for a lower price

That chicken & cheese was everything. I devoured the entire thing and I usually don't do that with subs. The tall fella that took our order had great energy and put smiles on our faces. Of course we left a tip!

This is the best place to get a consistently good sandwich. I'm a lifetime customer now. Pricey but I'd rather pay for something good and know it's good than to guess and get a so-so sandwich when I want one. Good job and thank you to the folks at Capriotti's.
Service was very slow at this location, and the three sandwiches we ordered were so disappointing. The cheesesteak was the worst one I have ever had, the Italian was just ok, nothing impressive but honestly was the only edible sandwich and lastly the pastrami was extremely overbearing with salt. Won’t be back.
