Update: Still enjoy when I visit this location. Always a good experience! Today I tried the Cherry Berry Frosted Lemonade and it is delicious ?…a perfect amount of cherry flavor, a hint of lemonade and the milkshake whatever…yum!!!***********I must say this location appears to be ran and managed very well! My food was correct and hot and fresh. The cashier was very friendly and professional.I noticed a lot of young kids there but they didn’t appear immature they all appeared well trained. It was refreshing getting the traditional experience of chick-fil-a …because the Pasadena MD location (jumpers hole rd) is the WORST!

I typically pick up breakfast curbside from this Chick-fil-A when I'm on my way to my hair appointment or getting my car serviced no issues or concerns they maintain their standard of Chick-fil-A hospitality

This chic fil a is TRASH. They don’t check the orders accurately. They don’t give you napkins. I ordered $35 of food and NOT A SINGLE NAPKIN IN SIGHT. They forget the sauces and the fries are always burnt because of old oil. I hate this location. The manager needs to be trained properly in order for this restaurant to run smoothly. I worked at chic fil a from 2007-2008 back in high school and things are definitely different now. The customer service has diminished tremendously.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff that want to help you. Food was hot and delicious. Order was completed correctly and quickly. Parking lot is clean and easy to navigate. I just left here. I was the only person in line and was not helped multiple employees walked by me and ignored me. I this is the worst service I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A .
Our kids just love Chick-fil-A. There are healthy options but the spicy chicken sandwich hits the spot. We do wish it was hotter sometimes. Always order extra pickles and sauce!
