This was the second time that I did a mobile order I paid for double meat steak and chicken and there wasn't even a teaspoon of chicken on it so I paid for double and got virtually nothing the bowl was all right I will never purchase from this location again

Every time I come here the service is so awful. Nobody looks like they enjoy their lives and it's just an inconvenience that we are there. My corn was frozen today and the fact that I don't even feel comfortable letting the staff know because of their attitudes is ridiculous. Just go to Qdoba if you want to be treated with kindness and like a human being.

i wanted to get some chipotle a little later than usual. i arrived at 10:40 and was surprised to see all locked doors, and an empty line with no food out 20 minutes before closing. i am absolutely so disappointed in the staff working. you dont close until 11 pm why the hell are the doors locked? be better chipotle

This place is so dirty. I got food poisoning 10/21. I was so sick I’m talking hours and hours of vomiting and diarrhea. They are very unclean here. They are obviously cross-contaminating because I was SICKKKKKKKKK!I was vomiting and going the “Boo boo” at the same day time! I thought i was going to die.

I went to Waugh Chapel to get a quesadilla at least that was the plan until I saw the server next to the register with gloves on resting on the dirty counter, then grabbing magic markers to mark the food containers on to grabbing cheese to put on orders. This was consistent....a cross contamination mess. Suggestion: get a utensil to grab cheese with as a barrier between bad habits and making someone sick.
Food was terrible, service was slow. Price is too high. $45 for two salads and two drinks. Will never go back there again.

This is the best experience I’ve had at a chipotle in a long time. We ordered online and it was actually ready at the time it was ordered for. I haven’t been to this location before today, but I would return. Only reason I gave 4 star is because I don’t think the corn was slacked long enough, it was still frozen.

Everytime i order online pick-up i am waiting over 30 minutes the ready time.. Find a new way for dealing with online orders... Its ridiculous.**Several Months later (8/30/2022) and this chipotle is still struggling with online orders. The order was supposed to be ready at 7pm and it is now 8pm with my food missing. I used to come to this location often, but now I just try it once every 3 months to see if they have improved. It is still the worst Chipotle I have ever been too..***(8/18/2023) This Chipotle definitely has stepped up their game. Online orders now arrive close to the expected time. Food quality could improve.

My first issue is they are ALWAYS out of items, but that's not my biggest issue. Yesterday I ordered 2 kids quesadilla meals for my children online. Once I get it home there was NO CHEESE in either one of the quesadillas! How do you make a quesadilla with no cheese?! My children were hungry so I quickly prepared them another meal and went back up there with the missing food items. The manager seemed confused and when she finally understood the situation she tried to make more food. Since I already made my kids a new lunch, I didn't want another lunch but a refund instead, and a credit for all the inconvenience. The manager REFUSED to give a refund because it was a mobile order though the evidence was right in her face and a credit was definitely out of the question! To have a business refuse to issue a refund in person when they make such a huge error is beyond mind blowing to me and unacceptable! Chipotle has to do better!!!
