Customer service is awful. Always a young man with AirPods in his ear never paying attention to what you specifically ask for. Usually has an attitude when asked for anything extra. Today I was yelled at by the supposed manager because I had to come back and ask for something I PAID FOR. He was absolutely rude and raising your voice to a customer when YOU are in the wrong is not somewhere I ever want to spend money.

Stopped in to pick up an order and the place reeks like cigarettes . It took them ( her ) a good 5 mins to actually walk out to the front of the counter . She never said anything, just gave me a blank stare . It was so strange ... how does a place stay in business with such miserable people? Never again .

The food was phenomenal! We had the whole chicken with pasta and veggies as sides, and they were super delicious. Chicken was juicy as juicy can get. Highly recommend. The employees were also very nice and generous to me.

Update 2021: The glory days are gone. Chicken tastes drier and food doesn't taste as fresh. They have the potential but not executing the volume to keep the food continuously fresh.Prevucian chicken closer to my work place finally! They grand opened last week and have a great deal of potential. The owner is a young and enthusiastic man who wants to do the best for the community. The chicken is delicious and the sides are great! Interior is clean and spacious. The food deals are great and portions are really nice.

i have never thrown a quesadilla away in my life. i do not even know wtf this "steak" quesadilla was supposed to be? hamburger in a tortilla soaking in fat and soggy fries? i cannot give this place a worse rating. i feel sorry for my door dash delivery guy for taking time to bring this abomination to my house.

The food is delicious here but sometimes it's best to order made-to-order food so that it's fresh. Sometimes I feel like the chicken gets a bit dry from sitting under the light for too long.. and I'm also disappointed they changed the recipe on the rice with the addition of vegetables. Now the rice isn't so tasty anymore as it used to be.

Just ordered on grub hub to try, definitely not gonna try again. Chicken tallarin was not very good tasted as though it was reheated. Chicken was not good. The flan was not what they put up in the picture, almost sour like not an ounce of sweetness. The flan had a charboiled feel to it, like it was burnt instead of soft, light, sweet.

I've never had anything but delicious chicken from Gio's, and I am partial to pairing half a chicken with plantains and green beans. It certainly isn't the healthiest option, but it's a far better choice than KFC or similar fast food joints. My only critique of Gio's is of its order accuracy. In each of the half a dozen times I have ordered, there has been a minor errors in what I received. I realize that putting things in the notes section of DoorDash is less than ideal, but Gio's has made mistakes with telephone orders too. Even so, the food is good enough to stomach these peccadilloes.

I randomly found them on Uber eats. I had gotten a cheese steak and got my coworker a burrito. We both loved it..order a couple more times..i finally got a chicken burrito and it was better than the steak sandwich. The burrito reminded me of thw burritos in San Diego ..just authentic. As a Caribbean I can say they are bomb. I have not had a bad experience yet...and their side sauce...the yellow mustard type sauce...OMG....addicted..it is good on the sandwiches...on the fries...everything. Potatoe salad and macaroni salad is also good. They deserve 5 stars definitely. It's so good that me and my coworkers and manager order them through uber eats..bomb af.
