I ordered takeout via DoorDash and specifically asked for Plantains as my side and they gave me rice. I called several times to speak with someone and no one answered.What a horrible, first impression! Do NOT spend your money here nor waist your time.Clearly, it’s not respected!

Worst customer service ever !!! Do not go there first of all cashier was very rude and disrespectful. Cashier rolled her eyes when I decided to add one more items to my order. Name on receipt is Kayse. SECOND server proceded to prepare my order he was trying to do his best however fries or yuca where not ready or fresh if it’s a restaurant I don’t understand why they don’t have fries ready and there wasn’t even a lot of people inside. I love Peruvian chicken but do to the poor customer service I will not be returning to this place.

My recent visit to Miski Peruvian Chicken in Gambrills MD left me with conflicted feelings. While the chicken itself was flavorsome, I encountered several issues that soured the overall dining experience.The main concern I had was with the portion size of the chicken. Although the taste was enjoyable, the serving was disappointingly small. I found myself craving more meat, and the portion definitely did not match the price. It left me feeling unsatisfied and longing for a heartier meal.In terms of the sides, I opted for the white rice and black beans. Unfortunately, they didn't look particularly appetizing. The presentation and taste of the sides were lackluster, and they certainly didn't add any excitement or depth to the meal. It felt like they were an afterthought, rather than a well thought out and executed accompaniment.The sauces provided were adequate, but not exceptional. While they complemented the chicken decently, they didn't have the wow factor that I was hoping for. Also they don't offer hot sauce which is unusual to me. The selection and quality of the sauces left me wanting more variety and bold flavors to enhance the overall taste experience.Another issue I encountered was the peculiar setup of the establishment. It was confusing to have the food placed before the cash register, yet they required payment upfront. This arrangement contradicts the typical order first, pay later system adopted by most establishments. It seemed like a disorganized approach that hindered the smooth flow of the dining process.Lastly, the service left much to be desired. The young gentleman at the register consistently appeared disinterested and displayed an unfriendly demeanor. His lack of enthusiasm and the feeling that I was inconveniencing him with my order further dampened the dining experience.Although the chicken had its redeeming qualities, the disappointingly small portion size, lackluster sides, average sauces, peculiar setup, and unpleasant customer service lead me to question whether a return visit would be worthwhile.If you are seeking mouthwatering Peruvian chicken with better overall dining experience, I recommend exploring alternative establishments in the area that prioritize portion sizes, creativity in sides, flavorful sauces, and friendly customer service.
