Main issue is I feel like there are not enough soup for the amount of bread given, but food is definitely good. Found a piece of hair, but it’s not too problematic, making food without some hiccup isn’t possible so won’t judge. I don’t want to order the soup bowl next time, I’ll try the sandwich instead.

Disappointing Panera. They need to tear it down and replace it with the newer version, retrain the staff and start again. The food is never properly prepared. Too much sauce, bread unevenly cut...lettuce not fresh. It smells like the bathroom when you walk in. I still eat here out of desperation for some healthy option...but if I'm near the one in Jessup or West Nursery Road, I always go there and then head home. Close down, remodel and do better.

Awesome experience. Thought I was shorted 1 order (take out) but when I got home I noticed my order was indeed correct. So sorry for my mistake. The food was delicious and service was spectacular!

I eat here almost every week for several years and have never had a bad experience. I am an evening customer, so I can only comment on my experience at that time.This store has amazing staff - friendly, professional, and helpful. All the times I have been there, the older black gentleman has been keeping the dining room impeccably clean. The food prep area is organized and kept clean, and the staff never missed a beat. Over the years, they have NEVER messed an order up. This Panera location is on par with the quality experience that Chick-A-Flick is renowned for.Keep up the fantastic job and keep this staff happy! :-)
