This is a sushi place. Don't let the name fool you. Decent price for all-you-can-eat.

Had reservations for 5 people @6:45pm came in and was immediately seated, we were slightly greeted. Waited for about 15 minutes to give our drink orders. At that same time we checked off what we wanted on a piece of paper for our AYCE sushi, and handed it to our waiter . Nothing was explained to us, we weren’t even asked if we were familiar with what to do(literally no type of conversation/communication/interaction), the papers were collected and our drinks came out immediately, appetizers came out about 10-15 minutes later, so at this time it was roughly about 7:15. We didn’t receive our sushi until about 8:15, and all of our sushi orders were mixed together on the same plate, no one asked us how everything was going, gave any updates on why it was taking so long or anything. Sadly enough AYCE depends on the amount of time you’re willing to wait!

Pier 99 offers AYCE sushi for $27.95 Monday - Thursday, and $29.95 Friday - Sunday. They also have an a la carte menu, as well as a couple of seafood boil options. In addition, there's a small bar and they do have happy hour drinks. Outside of HH, the drink prices are good, and would be considered HH prices at a restaurant in the city lol. I did the AYCE sushi, and left my meal feeling stuffed and satisfied. The gyoza is great, and they had so many sushi and sashimi options it was hard to choose. While it's not the freshest sushi I've had, it was good enough and was a great value for the price. Overall, this is a solid option when you have a craving for sushi and feel like indulging or treating yourself.

Customer service is extremely poor. There is an appearance of selective service. Will not return and definitely will not recommend!

They have the best, most tasteful General Tso's chicken! Love it!

The food was really good, although beware of over ordering if you get the all you can eat so you don't have to force yourself to eat towards the end! Portions are also pretty large so take that into account when you order. I didn't try the Cajun seafood but am curious about it.

An absolute steal if you enjoy sushi. If you're there around opening during the weekday you can get more or less unlimited sushi for about thirty dollars per person. I say get there when they open less because it gets filled quickly and more because the sushi you order is fresh made and with two chefs it can still take upwards of 20 minutes to make.Go in, order as much as you'll eat the first time.

Very solid mid tier sushi ayce(doesn't have like salmon roe or squid or other higher tier ayce items like albacore). Service was normally paced for made-to-order, only two chefs working the lunch on a weekday is pretty standard. One server slowed everything down, but they ran around/served quite efficiently. Quiet environment, chill music, but the window is a bit open-feeling/exposing so not an ideal private-feeling place. They don't skimp; though the sashimi IS cut in half you can order as much as you want in one order. The soft shell crab in the spider roll is actually crab and not shrimp(thank god). The rolls are well proportioned, though the nigiri has a bit more rice than normal. Their soy sauce is reduced sodium(or it could be like the Chinese sweet one) for sure; I personally am not used to it but I know some people like it. Their apps were great; loved the mozzarella sticks(Korean restaurant style), and the avocado salad had a good sauce. Overall food is a solid 8/10. Pro tip here though:don't order hot and cold rolls at the same time; they don't separate them, and it could ruin your colder pieces. I've been to a few ayce sushi places around MD, and this is the one that has most approached a quality I am more used to for sushi ayce in other, more established, Japanese food locales.
