I always have to do carry out because for some reason they get my delivery order incorrect all the time. Then when I come to the store, no one is wearing hair nets and just scratching their heads over the dough, I'm good !

I ordered a large stuff with pep and extra sauce no sauce was on my pizza very dry. I paid 26 dollars for pick up so mad and disappointed. I called they had me on hold for 10 minutes. Pizza dry and awful I'm so mad right now. Service sucks

Had not had Pizza Hut in years! My kids wanted Pizza Hut from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles commercials and it was quite tasty. The pizza was made good and so was the price. The staff was friendly and the location was clean.

I ordered on the app a book it bundle. I added a few regular priced items and then applied a coupon. The coupon then deleted my book it bundle without telling me. So I called the store because I didn’t get what I thought I ordered and they forgot my drinks. The manager I spoke to did a little something but it’s not what I needed. I wouldn’t have ordered here if I knew it changed my order. Now I need to order something because I don’t have enough to feed my kids since there was an error that was their fault. This place has been going downhill i don’t know why I would’ve even thought to give it another chance.
I am usually very complementary in my Google reviews. Typically if I do not have something good to say I don't leave a review. However in this particular case I have no other choice. Our carryout experience was awful. There was such a line for back ordered burnt pizzas that many people left without even getting a refund they waited so long it was so frustrated. I was able to obtain my pizza however it was in terrible shape burnt and barely edible. This franchise location needs to be avoided at all cost. There are many other, better Pizza options in the greater Crofton area.

Very disappointed based on last visit. We never received our pizza and breadstick order. First time through the line I was told to come back because they burned my pizza and they had to remake it. The second time through the line I watched as many pizzas made it through the end of the oven conveyer belt, but no one took them off so more pizzas burned. Numerous customers asked how they could get a refund from an online order and we were told they didn't know how to conduct this function. Total chaos.

Despite the place having a dining area, it's clear that the staff doesn't want you to be eating there. The tables and floor are uncleaned and sticky, the soda fountain is broken (and has been for a minimum of 6+ months judging by how old the sign on it is).When we ordered, the cashier could not take our order if our life depended on it because she got everything wrong and didn't bother to repeat our order back. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that they had screwed it up and when I pointed it out, she shrugged and said she'd fix it, and just started to write the changes on the receipt, and brought it to the back. We had ordered two pizza plus cheese bread, and that took longer than expected despite no one being there. When they finally brought the pizza out to us, it was in the boxes as if they wanted us to leave. I told the employee that we wanted to eat in, and she acted surprised and said "Oh...well everything (plates and utensils) is behind the counter, so you'll have to ask for them."Needless to say, our experience was everything short of what we wanted it to be, and will not be coming back to this location.

Typically, this Pizza Hut does a fantastic job but today my family and I were very disappointed with our order. We tend to try the promotions and today it was the New York Style pizza. This pizza was overcooked as it was dried and hard. It was so dried out, the cheese was brown and the pepperoni was dried out. My family normally eat pizza crusts but not today. This just wasn't a good pizza. Very disappointed!
