The staff are nice but the service overall is really going down hill. Today I ordered a 3 piece combo with red beans and rice. They didn’t give me the red beans and rice, and they gave me dark meat (2) thighs and (1) leg which was soggy. They didn’t have sweet heat dipping sauce or honey. “If” I return, I will never use the drive thru, I will go inside to inspect my food before paying. That was a lot of wasted money.

The food order was wrong and the employees were not helpful in the matter. Not the first time at this location we have had problems with our order. It will be the last though because we will not be going back.

This location send coupons in the local circulars that are specific to their restaurant, but then will lie about being able to accept them when the staff doesn't feel like dealing with the extra step of inputting the coupon. On top of that the food is often cold. Don't waste your time.

I always get what I ordered, it's always good, but I rarely go inside so I can't speak about the atmosphere, except that if you're on route 3 south the entrance is difficult to see. Thanks!
I went in to buy a chicken order, when I entered everyone using the phone they don't have hygiene it disgusted me. They should supervise people, be careful because they carry phone bacteria on their chickens.
