Went over the weekend to grab lunch for my sweetie. He is partial to this place. Chili is recommended over their broccoli cheese soup and the apple walnut salad was tasty and fresh. Service was friendly and fast.

On occassion we order delivery from this Pot Belly location. 4 stars because an item was missing from our order more than once but when I called about it they rectified mistake right away. Service & food is overall good.

Ordered one of their signature sandwiches and got home to discover they toasted meat and cheese on bread with NOTHING else inside. It was missing half the freaking sandwich. Even more annoying is I was already home and not gonna drive 20 minutes back to have them fix it.

We love this location and the staff are always happy! We go a lot and the manager knows my order, which is a nice personal touch. Keep up the great vibe!
This is the closest Potbelly, but that is not why I go there. The employees are really friendly and always do a great job with our order. The place is clean, easy to get to, and they have drive through. They also recently added pick up service. Locational convenience aside, the people who work here have earned my loyalty.

I love that I can get soup, salads & sandwiches any combination any time of year. I would recommend the ice tea machine be cleaned more often. I do have to add the staff at window is very polite.

I am a nurse in the ER and I regularly get a sandwich for work and it’s been a routine where the order is messed up. I can’t eat cheese and it’s there every time I open my sandwich despite clarifying this option to be taken off. Just disapointed I paid money for food I can’t eat during my shifts.

My sandwich is never correct and I’ve given up on this location. Instead of being so concerned with asking customers if they want avocados and other toppings we know are there, take some time to CAREFULLY listen to what the customer requests.
