I’m a regular at Starbucks, visiting every morning, and I consistently have a positive experience. The employees are exceptionally down-to-earth and friendly, making each visit a pleasant start to the day.

very poor customer service. I ordered on the app at 7:51 AM. I only ordered a peach green tea lemonade and a sandwich. I got to Starbucks at 7:56 AM. My sandwich was done by 7:58. I can see you waiting patiently for my drink as I saw customers come in and out of the store I understand that they are busy at this time of morning, however, the barista making the drinks for the online orders, kept passing up my drink, and continue to make drinks for the other customers of another skin color, and as she handed them their drinks, they received apologies for the lateness and the long wait. When it came to my drink, I had checked in to see where it was in the queue to be done. A fellow coworker asked her to complete the order next because they seen that I had been waiting for a while. Another barista has stepped in to help her, but when she was finished with my drink, instead of placing it in the pick up area, she placed it on the back counter and continue to make drinks for other customers I had to ask a third barista if I could have my drink because I can see it sitting there on the back counter and I need to leave and He handed me my drink without an apology or at least an acknowledgment that I have been waiting for this long time and they are sorry for the inconvenience. I do not know if I will be back here to this location in the future.

A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place.This location gets 5 stars for my drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, hot beverage sleeve thingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that). Also extra points for the Barista recommendation today. Good job.The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job.The place is Starbucks standard furniture inside a Safeway store.Very well done here today SBX. thanks.

Very impolite customer service. Coffee is only barely warm. The waitress treated us poorly for no apparent reason. Our card was overcharged. Keep away.

I've only been here maybe 2-3 times. But I went the other day and I waited 5mins just to be acknowledged at the Starbucks stand. Eventually the employee came and made my drink, they were friendly. I did not alter the drink I ordered so I expected it to be "sip ready". When I got in the car leaving and tasted it , it was essentially black coffee and the cold foam which should have been flavored and sweetened, wasn't. The entire coffee was ruined bc it NEEDED sweetner. The foam IS the sweetner so w/o it - it was so bitter. I already was almost past the entire Waugh Chapel center by the time the realization hit. I was rly disappointed and didn't have time to go back. I almost* stopped at Sbux in Waugh Chapel to have them fix it, but felt like that wasn't right. As my frustration continued up RT3, eventually the Sbux in Bowie TC would make it right for me. Essentially it was just a mistake. But tbh probably not coming back here. Was such a bummer to waste money on something you can't use. I used to ALWAYS sip my coffee/drink before leaving but since COVID and masking up I've lost the habit. Clearly I need to start back up with this. And I'll never again assume a drink that was ordered unaltered should be "sip ready". Will be back to Safeway cuz i love it there, but not their Sbux. This was the most simple order and they couldn't get it right :(

This is the slowest Starbucks in probably the whole universe. If you mobile order add 10-20 min to your estimated wait time. They are packed in the morning but don't seem to think adding employees would help. You will be late to work unless you order way ahead ?

Safeway is using the exact same packaging but no longer has 16 oz but 12 oz instead. Got home to make dinner to find all of the Safeway brand boxes have less in them than before. Disappointed.

This Starbucks is quick and nice. They have a decent selection of Starbucks merch here too. My drink was really good I got the pistachio latte and the Valentine reusable cup. Really happy with my overall experience here. It's been awhile since I've gotten a really good drink.

Fortunately the bad reviews were from over 3 years ago. This Starbucks is great! Happy, upbeat baristas! They are quick and accurate! I enjoy talking to the Starbucks manager and finding out new drinks or new coffees. I highly recommend this location at Safeway!

Best starbucks around, friendly, as fast as possible since only the drive through is open and the drinks are made as ordered to perfection everytime.
