placed an online order for delivery an hour before closing, had no update on the app so i called the store, employee answered and hung up on me 4 times. drove to the store to pick it up myself to find all lights shut off no way to cancel or get my money back. horrible service. i have never felt the need to place a review but this was necessary, i am an avid taco bell customer and im very upset. ended up settling for mcdonalds next door and i will never order from this location ever again.

Had to commit a half dozen moving violations to get here. This was my first time at a Taco Bell. The actual building seemed like a good setting for a fictional indie horror game however. I ordered online and the food was ready when I arrived. The employees were distracted enough that I was also able to trick them into giving me an extra taco (Genuinely couldn't find the original at first because they put in it a different spot than I was expecting), so that's why I give 5 spars. Baja blast++

My daughter went in to get her drink that was forgotten in the drive thru; the manager on duty (black shirt/pants) smiled, looked her up and down and said "I'll take care of you baby." In the car, she immediately said "let's go" However she said they were acting really "creepy" inside. Of course, when I go in to confront them, it's nothing but whispers and all of a sudden they don't understand English. Beware.

My order took 30 minutes and was missing stuff. Can't fully blame the staff there was only 2-3 people working. They were trying but management needs to hire more people. The food was ok.

Terrible!! How can anyone mess up Taco Bell's easiest menu item? Bean Burrito - warm refried beans, real cheddar cheese, diced onions, and red sauce. Not once, but twice in a row. I threw away both orders, back to back. What a joke. Took 30 minutes to get the food too. I couldn't believe I was put in that situation. First time, got cheese sauce and rice (neither of which were supposed to be in there, no onions or red sauce which was supposed to be in there), and after taking it back and reordering, got plain dry refried beans, with nothing else included. I couldn't wait for a third time. I know the food isn't high end, but there has to be some level of care and employee training, please for customer's sake. I walked away, still starving, now upset too, and with a few bucks less in my pocket to spend elsewhere on food. Avoid this location.
