I've door dashed approximately five times from this specific location recently. Every. Single. Time. Something is missing from my order. Every time. I don't order anything complicated, either. Baconator meal, large drink/fry. Sometimes I add nuggets to the order. Ezpz. But apparently that's all too difficult to put in a bag.

I rarely go to fast food places, this visit to Wendy's exemplifies why.I went in for an early lunch at about 11:30, the place was basically empty. I clearly articulated my order to the cashier, even went over it twice. I asked for a cup of water for my meal, the guy tried to charge me $2 and something for it. I told him I only wanted a small cup of water. He had to get a manager to correct my bill.When my food came (it came out very quick) my order was wrong. I was eating in, so I took it back up and told them it was wrong. They remade my sandwiches, and guess what??? Still wrong. I just gave up at that point.This was my first and last visit to that Wendy's, and reminds me why I shouldn't visit fast food places.

Been sitting in line for 45 min now and still waiting for food after I ordred. Horrible service, food was cold, messed up 2 burgers and didn’t give straws or spoons…100% don’t recommend. Will not be back.

Until recently this Wendy's always looked liked it was close, but be reno has helped. However, my most recent experience was HORRIBLE. I frequently use the Wendy's app to order my food to receive rewards. However after placing my order through the Wendys app and proceding to drive thru, the cashier indicates that I need to pay more. I indicated that I fully paid via app. The issue is that the cashier processed the mobile app order incorrectly. I tried to share my app receipt with correct price so they could verify, but the manager and team were reluctant and inexcusably ignorant to how the Official Wendy's app worked. They wanted me to pay the non combo price for kids meals. I even called another Wendy's that could confirm that the app was correct but the gentleman that came out to chat was ignorant to the situation. I asked him to process the same order at the cashier as normal combo pricing, he just gave me a blank stare. This wasted so much time, it was late, children was hungry. Infuriating, I will not be visiting this location again. Staff need to be trained on all systems and apps.

We ordered 2 Spicy Chicken sandwich meals with bottles of water. However, the only thing they got right was the medium fry and bottles of water. We got completely different sandwiches which severally disappointed my wife. If anyone knows a disappointed wife is a very sour night! You can't replace a watery mouth ready for a Spicy Chicken sandwich. Please refund our purchase and conduct training for the night crew on Thursday nights.
