This is a convenient location for me. My daughter loves their iced coffee. My husband and I took our granddaughter here- she's 2. I was disappointed with the very limited ice cream flavor choices available. The place is nice enough with a few tables available to eat in. Fairly clean. The guy serving us was very efficient and nice. Maybe I have high expectations since way back when, Baskin Robbins boasts 33 flavor ice cream so I was expecting more variety than 1/2 freezer section on a hot summer day.

If you are thinking of coming to this location within 30 minutes of closing, don’t even waste your time. This location clearly does not abide by its posted hours. This is my third time getting turned away during their posted open hours.

Horrible service. The servers completely ignored Our presence and attended to other customers and their orders. When I brought it to their attention they gave the excuse they were understaffed And the guy I spoke with said he was not responsible for the ice cream counter and would have to wait for his associate to attend to us. Meanwhile, they continued to fill other peoples orders that came in after us and the drive-through.

I went to the Wisteria location and asked if there were peanuts in the Rocky Road ice cream. I wanted to buy it for my son and explained to the cashier that I wanted to know because my son has peanut allergies. The cashier was very rude and said “I don’t know.” I asked her if she could find out for me and she replied “You can go on Dunkin Donuts online and find out for yourself “ I told her that the ingredients are labeled in front of the flavors and if she could go check for me. She rudely said”No! Go online and look for yourself!” If you work in customer service, you need to know your products and by law you need to know for allergy purposes. Will not come here again.
Me and my husband went to this location last weekend and they didn't have a lot of flavors of ice cream. I asked for chocolate he said we are all out I asked for chocolate chip and same thing he only named off 5 flavors that they had. so we picked one asked for a sundae and got home and it was just a scoop of ice cream and same with the rest of them I would much rather spend a couple dollars more and go to cold stone over this.

Love the newest non-dairy additions. We had the most milk strawberry streusel, and almond milk cookie dough. Both were very good! Thank you Baskin Robbins for providing more non-dairy options!
