Ever since they hired new staff or something in the past 2 months, shake quality is awful. It's like chocolate milk, not enough ice cream ! This was the last BK that actually did it right and now it's gone. I just buy buckets and make the shake at home now :'(

Don't order from here through a third party app unless you want to sit there for over an hour with them "wrapping up" your order, then suddenly canceling it.0/10, worst customer service I have ever encountered. They're open until 9pm, and I ordered MORE than an hour prior to closing. Maybe they should hire more competent employees who grasp the concept that they're open until 9, and anything ordered prior to then needs to be done.Won't be ordering from this awful business again.

I come in the morning through the drive thru the lady speaking asking for my order doesn’t even let me finish my order she didn’t even repeat my order and when I get to the window we explained this to the manger and he just told me well this is how the drive thru is and it shouldn’t be like this we are the customers we should be able to make sure our order was correct

slow window service very overpriced..sundae set you back bout 7.00$ looking for a rockin milkshake try chic filla.strawberry shakes are ecstacy .sorry but to ne the duncan doughnut sandwiches taste like they judt cane out of a bag and have 80% chemicals and salt that gonna hurt you down the road ..also they are expensive and taste like nothing.esp turkey sausage.

Went in for Butter Pecan ice cream . . . .Which they didn’t haveI was told they have peanut butter. . . .On the counter help didn’t know the differenceAsked for a sample of another flavor.His reply was “No Samples”My reply was “No Sales from me . . . . EVER!!”Screw then !!

Worst service ever. Here on a Saturday with my two granddaughters. No one even looked at us to acknowledge us for seven or eight minutes.
