“so good, boba was very fresh and chewy and the milk tea was simply so refreshing. i saw other reviews that their service was slow but my drink took only about 5 minutes which is a decent amount of time considering the store was almost full and there were only like 5 young workers. 10/10 would recommend ?“
“Surprising that I never knew Sharetea was in this shopping complex! I love bubble tea and I just came across this place by chance. I'm glad I did because I have been looking for a new place to get bubble tea since I have been getting from the same spots over and over. I usually order milk tea, but was in the mood for something new and ordered the peach kiwi green tea with aiyu jelly and was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious! Very refreshing and the jelly complemented the drink well. I will definitely be back to try the milk tea and a bunch of other items on the menu!“
“Oh em to the gee, this is now my fave 'burbia 'Bucks. This made my morning after getting some blood work done. Picture it. I'm walkin' in to pick up my app order and what do I hear? Sweet Chaos by Day6......whaaaaaa????? K-pop? My little TX nephews would've went insane in the membrane if they heard k-pop in a 'Bucks (they all love Starbucks, y'all - one of their bedrooms is modeled after one, no lie). Oh, and this location is uber convenient since it's next to my local habits like B&BW, Ulta, Chipotle, plus near Jersey Mike's. My app orders are consistently on time and on point too for yeeeeeeeeears. No complaints. Mmmmm now I wonder what these ears will pick up next time early in the a.m.“
“I stopped by the Starbucks to treat myself but the refrigerator had just broken and the barista was really busy trying to relocate items for food safety. She asked me to come back and when I did, she comped my drink just for returning, which was so sweet of her and she did not need to do that! I was having a really hard day and her kindness totally made me feel better -- thank you, Kathy! ❤️“
“This is an excellent Starbucks- my drink was great and made quickly, the store was clean, bathrooms are in the back (you need a code), customer service was excellent (they remade a drink for me after I gave them an incorrect order), wifi works well and the store is open on holidays like Christmas , New Years Day unlike a lot of Starbucks. This store can get quite busy, it is a gathering place for a lot of people in Germantown (not a whole lot going on in Germantown). Order ahead if you do not want to wait in line. There are tables outside if you want to sit outdoors.“

But recently one employee stood out more than any in the past 7 years his name is Kevin he always treats people with so much respect and kindness. He is a great young man and it’s truly a highlight of my day every morning.“
“Staff always friendly and helpful. Product is always good and if not the make it right. Great selection. Only constructive criticism is that the deli needs to stop cross contaminating the slicers. Should never process pork with any other item, and any type meat and cheese should never be sliced on the same machine unless u clean them in between properly. Otherwise store is great and prices are reasonable“
“Food: in love with tlj and a loyal fan !!! their pastries are made fresh daily and I have loved every single pastry I tried from there. My favorite is the cranberry cream cheese bread by far. If you check in on Yelp, you also get a free large drink, so worth it! Service: staff is helpful and always ready to help customers find what they need. Ambiance: located in new grand supermarket.“
