The ice cream is great but if you order for delivery, chances are it'll be wrong. And there is no way to contact them. As another reviewer mentioned, their voicemail is full and they don't answer their phone. I let it go the first time because things happen. Now I'm just done with the company.

The ice cream is very good BUT the hygiene of the place is 0 stars. Employees with their hair untied and they mix the ice cream on top with another ice cream from the previous costumer. They need to manage better how the put the ice cream in their containers because we ask for to go and you can’t even close the lid which is not nice while driving.Also I have never seeing an ice cream store so hot. It was hotter than outside! The ice cream was melting while they there getting it. I guess it’s like a milkshake instead.I really don’t want to have ice cream with the special hair flavor ?

The icecream was more like a juice than icecream. We had to drink it instead of eating. When I asked them why it's so watery, they told its because it's too hot outside! It was like in 70 today. And no matter how hot it is outside, they should have a good enough freezers to keep icecream frozen. Worst icecream I ever had.

I love this place!!!! Try the sweet cream ice cream with caramel and heath bar So many flavours of ice cream and mix in's. The ice cream is a very creamy smooth texture. Only buy my ice cream from here now. Great, friendly staff too!

Very upset with this specific cold stone. I had ordered my husbands birthday cake there. I placed the order via the app and wrote in the comment box to call me and left my number because I didn’t have enough space to write that I wanted additional piping on top of the cake. No one called, when I tried to call (multiple times) it went straight to voicemail. The day of pickup, I mentioned this issue and was blown off, both the girls working this past Sat in the morning, did not seem to care whatsoever and I ended up adding the piping myself. Cutting the cake, I noticed that I received a complete wrong order. I will not visit this location again. Highly upsetting.

Well cold-stone Is always my fav place. Than any other ice cream shop I love here. This place is located on the side of the main road and so you have to do parallel parking to get into the store. Make sure to open the door by yourself and go as I just went in when a person came out and so there was no one to attend for me. Tried calling them but I felt they did not hear me, so I went and opened the door again and the bell rang and then only the person came to take my order.But apart from they were patient enough to check my gift card balance and then take my order. Till now not tried online order.
