Highly recommended. Fish curry and palak paneer are perfectly cooked and have so much flavor. The price is very reasonable compared to other Indian food around here.

First time to try this joint. Very casual cozy little restaurant at a strip mall in Germantown. Hubby and I had cravings for Indian cuisine. This is near the New Grandmart International grocery store so it's perfect location for our purposes. The staff were so friendly and professional. It was a refreshing experience. We got the assorted platter that had chicken tandoori, samosa, lamb and veggie patties with a side of tamarind and green chutney (cilantro and mint). Every bite was delicious! The samosa had crunchy pastry on the outside and perfectly cooked. Lamb and chicken were full of flavor, marinated well. I got the butter chicken and he got the curry chicken. I tried both. I prefer the butter chicken but both were delicious. We got a side of naan and mango chutney and pickled veg . They went together well. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. I got the Gulab Jamin to go so I'll keep you posted on that dessert! Come try this place.

Please don’t get fooled looking at the ratings, service was very bad and the food was served extremely slow and servers were rude, food was average.If you want to waste your time, coming here would be a very good option.Especially Took out Indo-Chinese and the food tasted yuck;

My whole review is based on biryani.This is where my love of biryani began.I thought I left a review years ago, but I didn't, so here's one now.Back in early 2020, when everything was takeout. I started trying out cuisines I wasn't used to. I really just stuck to curry in the past. So I tried out Biryani for the first time at curry place, and it opened up a new world of flavor for me.This lead me try out all the different biryanis over montgomery county. A journey spanning 3, almost 4 years.Coming back here, now more experienced. Their biryani's extra spicy flavor still hits me like a truck. It makes me feel alive.It made me understand that it wasn't just novelty that I remember this place fondly. Curry place's flavor stands the test of time.

Best Indo Chinese in the entire DC area hands down. I'm very picky but their noodles, chilli chicken, and fried rice reminded me of the Indo Chinese food I used to eat growing up in India. 5/5 would highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Indian restaurant in my city, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the friendly staff.The ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic. The space was tastefully decorated with traditional Indian elements, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Soft, soothing music played in the background, further enhancing the dining experience.Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? The menu was extensive, offering a wide variety of Indian cuisines and flavors. I decided to go for the classic butter chicken, accompanied by some garlic naan and saffron rice. And let me tell you, it was mind-blowing.The butter chicken had the perfect balance of flavors - rich, creamy, and packed with aromatic spices. The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection, practically melting in my mouth. The naan was soft, buttery, and had just the right amount of garlic, while the saffron rice was fluffy and fragrant. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, leaving me craving for more.But what truly set this restaurant apart was the exemplary service provided by the staff. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had an unforgettable dining experience. The waitstaff was prompt in taking orders and refilling drinks, catering to our needs with a smile.Overall, I cannot praise this Indian restaurant enough. Everything, from the food to the service, exceeded my expectations. If you are a fan of Indian cuisine or simply looking to try something new, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Trust me, the food and the workers here are truly out of this world!

The food was do bad I would rather eat a frozen Deep Indian Kitchen Chicken Curry with Rice. The chicken was super dry with no flavor, barely any curry smell. The guy at the front counter was speaking rudely to customers on the phone. I will not be
