I called to order a pizza and got a computer. When I wanted to speak to a real person it just rang and rang. I won't be ordering from Dominos anymore when there are so many other restaurants that value their customers more.

So much hair in the food it looked like a barbershop floor. When asked about it, workers were rude and did not offer anything in return. They did not give us respect or a new pizza.

ordering online is the worst they lied on tracker and via text the driver said the food was delivered but they lied then I thought that calling the store in Germantown 20874 is gonna help they didn't help. they said my order came it never came. i don't recommend this store to people. very disappointing! i wish there's zero star but dint have a choice

Pepperoni at this location and Domino's in general tastes weird and smells even worse... I mean the smell is nauseatingly bad! Not sure what it is. I LOVE pepperoni pizza from EVERY other pizza place so not sure what's different at Dominos.Also the most recent order was just terrible. We ordered 8 pizzas for a party and was highly disappointed in the lack of taste.As mentioned the Pepperoni was awful.. but aside from the ALL the pizzas lacked enough pizza sauce, couldn't taste it at all, that resulted in the pizzas tasting dry and very underwhelming.We haven't ordered Domino's in a while and this experience reminded us why. We NEVER have pizza left overs ... But this party was completely different. Of the 8 large pizzas there were 4 completely UNTOUCHED after the party.Domino's you need to do better, there is wayyy better options within walking distance, I'd even include Little Caesars on that list.

BY FAR THE VERY WORST SANDWICHES EVER!! ordered what was labeled "Cheesesteak Sub" it arrived with 2 pieces of warm bread. the contests? 1 slice of steak umm sandwich meat. 1 thin slice of tomato that was diced into smaller slivers topped with soggy brown lettuce. and an abundance of mayo. Mushroom of course cost extra. total trash. that and a medium pizza came to a total of 31.87 plus delivery driver tip. no thanks never again.
I ordered from this place and was at a friends house so I accidentally put in the wrong apartment number. The delivery diver was very rude and told me “I thought you would tip more because you put in the wrong address” very unprofessional Im not obligated to tip what so ever. I won’t be ordering from Dominos again!

After a few months of dealing with this location, I'm done. Horrible wait times, pizza being cold, order being wrong or not cut all the way. Tonight I was trying to get a free pizza with my points and somehow on THEIR end the wrong address went through. I didn't even type out an address tonight because loading where to deliver WAS MY CORRECT ADDRESS. Once the driver arrived, he yells at me about putting in the wrong address and how he had to wait 30 minutes trying to figure out where to deliver. I immediately tell him I don't know what happened & im sorry it happened. I was watching him on the tracker and tried to call repeatedly but nobody answered. He lifted up the receipt, still yelling and saying I put in the wrong address. Why would I put in the WRONG address on food I am waiting for? I hand him $20 because the "free" pizza is $8 and change. He asked how much I want back in a disrespectful tone. At this point I am done with his attitude. I told him to give me the whole $20 back and he STILL has a horrible attitude with me saying he has been waiting 30 minutes. I no longer care. The moment you yell at me when you pull up while I'm waiting in the street & you don't even leave your car every time you have delivered to me, I do not care how much time you wasted now. The store did not answer the phone and I called numerous times. Apparently my phone "went to voicemail" when he called. The only calls I've got was when the store tried to call me back at the same time I was calling them back. I've been standing outside the whole time, I did not receive any calls. I tell him I don't appreciate being yelled at and I walk away and the order is being canceled. He starts shouting "hello! Hello!" as if I'm going to go back and happily accept being yelled at over something that I did not do. Again, WHY would I purposefully enter the wrong address? I've tried to be patient about the flaws here. I work in the restaurant industry too. But after tonight I am done with this location. I don't know what happened with my address being wrong, but this could have been avoided if I was talked to like a human being.

Big THANK YOU to Domino's for your employee Adrian! While taking my order over the phone he was EXTREMELY polite & patient and even took the time to ask if I wanted him to read my order back to me. I'm hearing impaired and unfortunately have felt rushed a few times while calling in my order. Also thank you to your cook for getting everything absolutely right! Domino's keep these guys on your schedule,they care about their customers!!!

Really surprised at the low ratings here because this dominoes is probably my favorite place to order from but especially lately. My delivery is always super quick, food is hot and prepared exactly as ordered, and the drivers are polite and friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable especially when considering the cost of food delivery elsewhere lately. Dominoes is now my go to spot, and their frequent coupons and pizza rewards make it even more worth it. I may be the only one who thinks so but I just had to share my extreme satisfaction and overall happiness when it comes to this location. Thanks to the team for all your hard work!

I got here at 10:45 carry out doesn’t close until 11, I wasted time and gas coming to this location. I need the sign to display the correct closing time or discipline for the employees who closed your establishment early.
