Nimmi is the absolute best!!! She is always very personable and friendly. She's the reason that I keep coming back time and time again. I drive with my dog and she says hi to him, just so sweet. :)I go here weekly and it is the best location! The staff are fantastic and friendly. I LOVE that they are fast and efficient! If I am short on time before work, I never worry the line will take too long. The line could be 6+ cars and I still don't worry - where most places I wouldn't even wait. They get my coffee right every single time. I stopped going to Starbucks because this location is a better experience.

I wouldn't typically rate but the most basic service of preparing an ice cream cup was a disappointment. Unsure if this individual was a new hire and hadn't been trained or just didn't care but I had to explain what comes with my son's creature creation treat and proper food handling was nonexistent. I just threw it in the trash.

The vanilla ice coffee had waaaay to much sugar packets in them other wise it was good!!!
They always get your orders incorrectly. I’ve had many incidents where they redeem my points as well as from my credit card, get orders incorrectly, give me half the quantity of a medium coffee, don’t make the coffee consistently and can never be reached to provide feedback. Please opt for a better Dunkin’ Donuts.

I frequent this DD drive thru often because it’s in the perfect location for all my “parental Ubering” duties. The team at this location are always friendly, happy and provide fast service (which is a bonus because we are always running late for rehearsals). Everything we’ve ordered has been prepared neatly. Donuts and coffee are always fresh.
